Have used Callerton, three times a year for the past three years at the least. It is easy to book, the prices are good, the staff very efficient, it's so easy to use, you drive there leave your car, go enjoy your holiday come back get picked up from airport, car waiting what's not to like!!

No problems on arrival, quick trip to airport. On return had to wait for 15 mins after being told couple of minutes and car was filthy will have to be washed.

Excellent service. Wasn't kept waiting at any stage. Staff were courteous and friendly. Handled all the baggage for us including opening and closing doors on transfer van. Car was ready to go at main gate, receptionist brought keys to me as I made my way to office. Can't fault anything and thoroughly recommend to anyone. Takes all the stress out of getting home at the end of a holiday. Many thanks

Fine going. Efficient service blose to airport. On way back early morning called for shuttle took ages to come then took passengers that had arrived after us 20 somethings leaving family standing outside at 420 am waiting on them returning. If wilson family call you yiu should pick wilson family up. After travelling for hours and been up almost 24hrs with couple hours drive still to go this level service was simply unacceptable

very easy to deal with and dropping off the car and transfer to the airport was quick, about 5 minutes in total. phoned for pick up on return and very quickly returned to pick up our car. only negative was on our way to the airport I opened a family sized bag off wine gums and ate about 6, the remainder was for a sugar boost during our 1hr long journey home. very annoyed to find only 2 wine gums were left. due to this we will probably use somewhere else in future

Waited 25 mins to get picked up from airport and when we phoned to ask them when they were coming he hung up on us ! Unprofessional attitude won't book again only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 was the driver was very pleasant and apologised to us

Been to Callerton Parking before. Have had no problems. Just arrive, check in and transfer via transit coach to Airport. On arrivial home from holday telephone for collection and collect my car. Would recommend Callerton Parking to anyone. I will use this company again.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
