Absolutley fabulious service...The staff were so very friendly and chatty. The gentleman carried my bags to the bus while I signed in. On return the bus was there 1 minute after calling. Again took my bags from the bus to my car. On my return my car was de-iced and ticking over so when I got in it was lovely and warm...What a great surprise and for so little charge. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again!

very good with the transfers to and from the airport with very little time to wait at either end. i cannot comment on the security as we did not see around the storage facilities as it was dark on both our visits to the site. however the service was really good with the the cases transferred quickly and efficiently for use and the car waiting for us de-iced on return. the value for money is excellant and we are happy to use you again and to reccomend you to our friends. thankyou very much.

Easy to find. A bit rough with old van but excellent service. Short waiting time at beginning as they seemed very busy. On return I was collected within minutes of making the telephone call. Pleasant and polite drivers and reception.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.
EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.
On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park.
