Everything was perfect except on the return transfer, we were a party of ten and the driver wanted 1 of us to wait for the next coach. This was because he had started loading our cases then other peaople gave him theirs before he had finished putting our on. In the end one of the children sat on his Dad's knee so we all squeezed on. I had told the driver we were a party of ten and as we were the first people he started to load, he should have checked we were all loaded before accepting other parties. He was also rude.

This is the first time we have used your service and we are really impressed. the Service was prompt and very friendly. On our return, we rang the freephone number and was told the driver would be there in one minute. We couldn't believe it when he was! We will certainly use this service again instead of the usual taxi. We feel the prices are very competitive and excellent value for a wonderful service Thank you.

On arrival you just leave your car where you can park it and go to reception. They then presumably put your car in a (safe place) It does seem a little disorganised, but on your return your car is ready for you to pick up near the entrance.The transfer coach is very prompt.

Had to wait 25 minutes from phoning to being collected from the airport. This was not acceptable. I use this place a lot and was disappointed on this occasion due to length of wait to be collected.

We booked in advance and arrived at the car park at 4am. The guy on reception was very dull we had clearly woken him up and the ferocious dog nearly scared us to death. The reception area wasnt at all welcoming and the horrible masks on the wall were grose. we were 'checked in' and we loaded our case on to the bus which was very dirty and the seats were ripped. The guy then proceeded to move our car to another spot. Just as we were about to leave another car arrived with a family of four then another car then another car. Consequently we were on the bus for 30 minutes before we left for the airport. Every time a new car arrived he moved it to another space which was totally unecessary this delayed our departure to the airport with the result that one of the families were extremely anxious as they were worried they would miss their flight. When we returned one week later the zip was bust on our suitcase when we retrieved it from the carousel we therefore had to report it to the Service Air desk which delayed us ringing the number you gave us to let you know we had arrived. When I spoke to the driver I got a very unpleasant reception he was very abrupt and said he was now back at the depot as we hadnt turned up. All in all compared to the other airport car parks we have used we found your company very poor and would not use you again. The only reason we've marked you higher for security is that the car was ok when we collected it. We'er sorry to have to give you this negative feedback but we do think you should seek to improve your services.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.
EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.
On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park.
