We have parked with Callerton on a number of occasions and have always found them efficient and friendly and that was very much the case on the outward bound journey, so much so that we remarked on how friendly the driver was. Coming back early this morning, the driver was anything but friendly. Having seen us standing there when he left with the first load of passengers, he returned,sauntered around the bus and then took his time asking if we were waiting for him! There were a number of Us Obviously waiting for him! He then slung the cases in the back and not another word was said. Disappointed!

Was really good when I dropped my car off dropped me off at airport really nice guy but when I came back I had to ring loads of times before they picked up phone at least half hour before they picked up font to me so was freezing that's why one gave four stars but would definitely recommend it to anyone as it was 2 o'clock in morning but apart from that was good for the money I paid 34 pound for 8 days beats paying 150 pound in cab there and back home thanks for everything

Service fine drop off & pick up ok but Driver on return quite surly, Reception & 1st impression when arriving is more in the line of scrapyard than carpark. That was my & my 3 passengers opinion as well

I have used Callerton for a number of years now and have found that the service provided has improved year on year. On this occasion we were whisked to the terminal within in minutes of arrival, and on return I was on my way home within 20 minutes of exiting the terminal. Well done Callerton.

Excellent all round from dropping car off and collecting car excellent value for money very helpful staff who load luggage in bus to airport and unload when you get to airport and the same when you come back home i dont use anyone other parking facility other than callerton

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.
EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.
On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park.
