I have always used Callerton car park for leaving my car when I go on holiday. It is easy to get to and the staff are polite and welcoming. I sometimes request that my car be valeted. I can guarantee that when I pick the car up again, I drive home in the most shiny, spotless vehicle. I will use Callerton over and over again, and highly recommend it for efficient and safe parking. They are great!

Again good and efficient service and will use again as I have many times in the past, but I have one issue that on our arrival back came out to the pick up point and there was a bus loading up 3 passengers as we were making our way to it about 20 yards away the driver closed the back doors and began to get in to drive away. Now my issue is he looked and saw us going towards him but decided he wasn't going to wait or even ask if we wanted the bus. It was only when I shouted to him did he stop and wait ,when I questioned why after seeing us coming towards him did he not wait . His reply was how was I to know you that you weren't going into the airport which I found bizzare as we were quite clearly walking away from the terminal and towards him. Seemed a bit rude to me.

I’ve been a customer for 5+ years each time just losing the polish on the return from the airport waited 25 mins in the cold at the front of que when the bus arrives the chap said Park and fly only so asked where is ours 2 buses not working I be back so then saw my face drop and I Said I will ring the number on shelter.But hay pesto he says get on then .Then off we went 2 mins detour what’s going on !!!! Going down hill fast

I have used Callerton parking now for around 15 years, whenever I fly from Newcastle. The service is excellent - easy drop off with quick transfer to the airport - only 5 mins away. Never had to wait longer than 10 minutes when arriving back at the airport before the pick up arrived. The car is always waiting for me - I have never found any damage or extra mileage on my car when I check it over. Drivers are very friendly and helpful. Good prices. I will continue to use this company!!

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. However if you wish to forward details to customerservices@bookfhr.com we will
can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
