Callerton Parking, though scruffy, is friendly and efficient. I was particularly impressed by the way that they dealt with a mistake in my on line booking by simply charging the difference, without further fuss. However, I noticed that my onboard car computer had been reset to zero. Is it policy to disconnect the battery?

This service is outstanding. From booking through taken to the airport and back we were well looked after and it is much cheaper than parking at the airport. I can't recommend the service enough and encourage you to try it out.

we put our car in to callerton car park had no trouble making a booking and it was ready and waiting to be collected for us when we returned from our holiday we booked through FHR and got a good price we would book again with them there was no problems at all

Had to wait for bus as the time limit was only 10 minutes for the driver.. It would of been okay if the weather had been a little warmer but when we came back from Tenerife it was absolutely freezing. Other wise service was good.

Two return minibuses were full before we could get third one back from airport (second minibus on way going to airport) but drivers very apologetic.Reception very dated and smelling of dogs.That said staff & drivers were very friendly..have used before and will do again as good value for money.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
