An excellent service. The car park is well located, next to a place were you can get something to eat, before starting your jouney. The staff at the car park are very helpful and polite, they can't do enough for you. On the return journey, we contacted them when we were exiting the airport and within a few minutes a mini bus arrived and our car was waiting for us. An excellent, valuable, well priced service. Will definately will use again.

Couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Arrived to drop the car off at about 3.45 and were met with a warm welcome, our bags were quickly transferred and we were on our way in minutes. When we arrived back a quick call after we cleared baggage reclaim and the bus was on it's way to collect us. We only arrived at the collection point when it arrived and shortly we were back in the car on our way home. A great service that I'll be using again.

Great, the staff were realy helpful and polite, when my Husband arrived back he telephoned and less than 5 minutes they were there to pick him up, the car was waiting with the keys in the ignition and he was off home, have used them before and will defi atly recommend them to family and friends.

Good directions given. Easy to find. Lift to airport was fast and efficient. On return, we were picked up with minimal waiting time and the car was ready to drive straight out. No fuse. All round fast and friendly service. Will, no doubt, use this service again.

Booked with Callerton Parking near Newcastle Airport last minute. Not only was it over £30 cheaper to book with them than pay over the odds at the Airport. But the service I received was first class, we were taken to the Airport within minutes upon our arrival. Upon our return the same service. Would use again and would highly recommend. Very friendly staff.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. However if you wish to forward details to customerservices@bookfhr.com we will
can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
