I have booked a number of airport car parking stays with FHR on this occasion when I arrived at Callerton they had no reference of my booking from you. I did have the confirmation print out with me as you indicate in your confirmation e-mails which Callerton accepted this, saving me a lot of embarrassment.

Price reasonable, the site hadnt informed the depot of our booking so if you do use this car park make sure you take a copy of your booking, on return the weather was poor and my only criticism was that we were travelling with our 4 year old and the shuttle minibus was not fitted with a child seat, cheap and cheerful, will probably use the airport parking next time.

The service upon arrival was very efficient. We checked in and were given all appropriate information and then transferred to the airport very promptly. When we arrived home after our holiday the transfer was extremely prompt and the car was ready and waiting for our arrival and had been defrosted ready for us to leave immediately. I would recommend the use of this service to anyone travelling from Newcastle Airport.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park.
