the 4 star is for service on departure but no star on return as I waited 15mins after calling the pick up who then waited at least 20mins for non exsisting passengers from Alicante flight then 4 people arrived from another flight.It would appear your policy on times and frequencies isn't quite as advertised

Fantastic service. At first impression it didn't look that great but the service, attention to detail, and effort in making you feel valued were second to none. The car had even had a partial clean (wipe down) in side. Car is parked for you and bags loaded into minibus, car waiting near entrance for your return. Prompt service. No waiting for us. We will definitely use these guys again. Thanks.

Hi Overall the parking service was good. Good directions, prompt drop and pick up and baggage handling. Disappointed that car was returned with mud splashes all up the wheel arches and doors.

Good quick service going. But had to wait about 25 mins for pick up on way back. Although we were 1st ones waiting because our cases were 1st off plane by the time bus arrived there was more than 1 bus load and because bus couldn't get in usual space we missed out and had to wait for bus to come back. When there is going to be more than a bus full it would be much better if passengers got on bus in order that they'd rang for pick up. So slightly frustrating end to holiday as extra 20 mins meant we then hit metro centre traffic! Part of the problem is the chaotic pick up area Newcastle Airport has created.

Excellent service - much better than onsite parking - no waiting about for a bus, it was waiting to take us on the no more than 5 min journey to the terminal !! We were given a hand with luggage - very pleasant staff no hassle at all - one quick phone all once you have got your luggage on return and within minutes the minibus was the to take us back to our car. Wouldn't hesitate to use again!!

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
