Drop off and parking quick and easy, on landing waited 20 min for pickup had to phone again. some mix up with driver shift change ?. When finally picked up no further problems.

Good location - only a few minutes from airport. Friendly and efficient service. Parking a bit congested on arrival but processed and transferred within a few minutes. Timely collection and driver welcoming and helpful. This is not a complaint, just a comment: there was some bird poo on car when collecting car - if left on car too long, it can stain the paint work. Thanks for good service and would recomend to others.

Friendly staff, straight to airport no hanging around, on return 1 phone call and the bus was only 5 mins and the driver helped us with our cases. Would highly recommend.

Very pleased with the efficiency, short time between arrival and transfer to the airport and the speed on return from arriving back at the airport and leaving the car park. It was the easiest parking and transfer I have ever had anywhere. The staff were very competent and also pleasant. Thank you.

The parking has quite a small entrance immediately after the train crossing which is a little bit tricky. However, the service was excellent and well organised. I would recommend them. No problem with transfers and very personable.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
