To start with i have say this was much cheaper than the other options available by about ten pounds.however on the morning we arrived at 5.00am it was a bit chaotic with no place to park to book in, their were other people already there after being waved through by a person i think was the bus driver i eventually found a place to park i then went to book in telling the man behind the desk were i parked which did,nt please him i explained what had happened which i don,t think he believed,i think the problem this car park has, is it needs a proper designated drop off area it also could be better lit as it was pitch black at this time and maybe more than two people running the place (one in the mini bus who could be at the airport and one behind the desk) i would of rated it higher had it not been such a chaotic start

After a mix up of passports, we had to return home in a rush. We knew we'd be extremely lucky to catch our skiing holiday flight but with some quick thinking from your staff and a lot of luck, we did actually make it with 5 mins to spare. Very easy to find & we were taken to the airport immediately. Good info on how to let Callerton know we were back waiting for pickup. Minibus was full but only waited 6 minutes for him to return for us & our car was waiting ready to drive out. Will use them again if we fly from Newcastle & FHR for the booking.

We were happy with the service and organisation of the car park and staff. When arriving back to NCL airport we had a short wait for the pickup. As it was a bitter cold day we wished it could have been quicker but, wouldn't have been a problem if the weather was different.

Excellent efficient check in and prompt collection from airport within 10 minutes of calling. Car was ready for collection in front of office and keys were given in minibus so quick transfer to own transport and on our way home.Price and service were excellent will be using this service again.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
