Great service. Quick and efficient. Only downside was on way back there were lots of people waiting to get the mini bus back to the car park. More people were waiting than there were seats so some people were left for the mini bus to return. We were alright as I was able to get to the minibus quickly and get seats.

Arrived at callerton parking was checked in and on our way to airport in no time at all. On our return mini bus was waiting as promised straight back to park where our car was ready to drive way that's what I call good service.I have used this park before and will do so again.

Transfers to and from airport were very good, but on arrival back at car park to collect car our car was covered in mud even on the roof we knew car could be moved off site but how you get lumps of mud all over your car won't use again

Used before and have always had a satisfactory experience. Only issue this time was I was first off the plane and had only hand luggage and because when the bus came to the terminal, everyone rushed forward and I got the last seat and thought that maybe names should be called to ensure a first there first served service is carried out and not a free for all. Older persons, stood out in winter could have a cold and long waiting experience if left in a stampede.

Other than being slightly tricky to find (just make quite sure you read the instructions carefully before you leave and don't try to do it in the dark like I did...!) this was a great place to park. All the staff were friendly and efficient, even at 5 am, and we were met on arrival without even having to call for collection. The car was parked at the entrance and there was no waiting around whatsoever. Thank you.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
