there`s not much to say, easy to find, check in easy, mini bus waiting at airport when we returned and man waiting to give you your car keys at car park. perfect what more can you ask for :) would certainly use again.

The car park was extremely handy for Newcastle airport - transfer time was only a couple of minutes. We didn't have to wait on the transfer bus at all - both times the bus was sitting waiting for us. Car was fine when we picked it back up after being away for 10 nights. We would definately use this service again in the future and would recomment to others.

Service to and from the Airport was prompt and efficient. BUT due to heavy rainfall I presume, whoever drove my car had very thick muddy feet , which had transferred itself to my pedals and mat. Not acceptable and should have been removed, as I didn't arrive home until dark I didn't see it until the following day..

dropped car off at callerton no problem, then we were taken to the airport. On return we waited about ten minutes for transfer bus in bus shelter, by the time we had got around the back of the bus he had closed the doors,i said this is our bus,he never said a word just opened the doors and put cases in, i said thank you when he got the cases out,he was just singing away to himself very ignorant,i no its not major but after being on the go for 19hours you dont need this kind of service, its nice to be nice it costs nothing!! Next time it will airparks!

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park.
