The service and team at Newcastle Airport were magnificent and nothing was too much trouble. As a non standard traveller (not flying from the airport but collecting a hire car) the service was superb. On our return it was busy but as we had arrived earlier than our alloted time we were accomodated quickly. My car was out of the parking area and ready to leave on our arrival. Many thanks to all involved.

I have used this carpark quite a few times and always find the service first class,i love the grumpy man on reception and even managed to make him laugh this time around.would not book anywhere else,and i have gave many recommendations about yourselves.

Better planning around airport pickups needed, over 30 people arriving at the same time and only one 11 seat bus to transfer to car park resulting in the driver having to make multiple trips. Having to wait at 230am for the bus to come back empty was slightly disappointing

we have used callerton several times a year for a long time, on this occasion when we arrived back at newcastle, only one vehicle was ferrying passengers back to your depot and there were a substancial number of passengers to pick up.causing some very heated arguments. I trust this was a one off problem, it has not happened to us before, we will continue to use callerton in the future.

No fuss. Simple form to fill in - then straight onto minibus to airport. On return minibus was there waiting to take us back to car park (5 mins max). 5 min wait to collect car. Would definitely use again.

Once again we used Callerton Park when flying off to our holiday from Newcastle. They provide and excellent service and we would and have recommended them to anyone. They are quick and extremely efficient even if your flight is delayed they are waiting for you when you land.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
