An excellent service. We were taken to the airport as soon as we got to the car park. On returning to Newcastle the mini bus was already outside the airport waiting for us. We use this car park everytime we fly from Newcastle, and would definitely recommend it to others.

I usually use Parkand fly which is nearer to the airport but not any more. It only adds a couple of minutes each way and is much cheaper.

The operations from drop off the car, transfer to and from the airport and then pick up the car were very efficient and value for money. The staff were very helpful and polite. However, the reception gave me the impression that it was run by cowboys. I was worry what happen to my car after dropping off at that reception. When I saw my car again, it was conveniently parked near the transfer van and the car has warmed up already in the cold weather. I realised I was worry too much

We often take bikes with us, so it does take more time to collect and check our luggage, essential with bikes as any damage has to be notified before leaving the airport. We always advise this when phoning, perhaps the drivers ought to be advised.

When returning from the airport the car park was covered in snow - a complete hazard to anyone - never mind those with cases. Not even grit had been put down. Something should be mentioned to the staff as accidents could have occured!

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
