Overall very good experience. The only bad point was that some fellow passangers jumped the queue on the way back. When I waited with my family with loads of luggage to be picked up and the minibus finally arrived, suddenly several people appeared from nowhere and before we with three small children had a chance to do anything jumped inside. Well, at least the kids had another 15 mins to play around.

best parking service I've used :) having used a few different ones over the last couple of years easy to find and get to, friendly good service prompt pick up my car was waiting for me to just transfer my bags and go a big relief after plane was slightly delayed i booked this last min for xmas hols so will be interesting to see what future costs will be but based on everything else would def use again

Transfers to and from your site were made with excellent speed and courtesy by staff who were friendly and efficient. Transfer vehicles were clean and staff loaded/unloaded cases with care and efficiency. My only complaint with the service is the inability for customers to be able to check their vehicle for damage when collecting it from your premises (a condition of your t & c's). The virtual non existence of adequate lighting makes checking for damage vitually impossible during the hours of darkness.

Not a lot of room when arriving, to park car, but very close to airport so pick up and drop off are very quick. If several reurning at same time, coach is quite small so you may have to wait for it to come back again, but as it is so close it doesn't mean a long wait.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
