I have parked many times at Callerton and it has been very good. However this time on return we had to wait until the 4th vehicle arrived to pick us up from the airport. It was not the size of the queue that was the problem but the size of the mini buses!!!! If this happens again we will travel from Leeds Bradford Iroort

Sorry about the three stars as the concept of the parking facility is fine it just the service or the operation of the service. Heres my gripe. I have used Callerton Parking for years and will probably continue but the drivers, although they try and think they are being helpful and courteous are not. 1) Surely its quite easy to know how many people are coming off a flight and using the transport, so if there are 16 people send two buses not one that takes around twenty minutes to return ( This happened on Thursday 21/06 ) Early in the morning, in the cold is not good. the driver , on arriving at Park and fly (Twice this has happened) dropping people off at their cars only for them to have to walk over to the office for their keys anyway ? Its not as though they have not already managed their luggage all day !! and when unloading the bus leaving doors and windows open to the elements ???? on top of this never bother putting the heaters on ???? On another occasion roughly about the same time, getting on the bus, Cold, and the driver having his window down while driving and us passengers freezing in the back. Its simple JUST ASK THE PASSENERS IF THIER COLD ???

Transfers quite efficient but after returning to car after a delayed flight attendant on duty had no idea where my car was parked. He seemed reluctant to help and would have preferred me to look for it myself. Eventually found it quite some distance from the office.

Always use FHR for airport car parking. Excellent customer service, prompt service. Although car park is not in airport it’s only a short distance away and we have never waited more than a few minutes for minibus to take us to airport and vice versa.

The service at Callerton Parking is always great. Easy booking, easy drop off and on return, although very busy at the terminal, there were plenty of shuttles to take me back to my car. Can't fault them one little bit. Fantastic service, thank you.

A great service all round. We have used this service a few times now and never ever let us down. Always waiting when we land if we do have to wait it’s never more than a few minutes. Cars always waiting when we land and never had an issue with this company. Would defo recommend this company.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.
EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.
On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
