Very cheerful people had a laugh with the bus drivers and nothing was as problem to them I was on crutches and they could'nt have been more helpful, will definitely use them again.

Callahans car park is a bit shoddy and so was the transfer bus. But ignore appearance we had superb service,met on arrival with immediate transfer to airport on arrival and very prompt pick up on return at 6am. Drivers were also helpful in lifting cases and giving clear instructions on pick up on our return. Another bonus was no walking is required, normally a bus drops off in a large park and one can have a long trek to car.

Departure transfer was great. However,a number of us struggled to get through on the telephone to confirm our arrival back into Newcastle. When we eventually got an answer it still took approx 15-20 mins for the driver to arrive. The driver was pleasant enough and explained that the others had left him to it. Don't think he realised I was complaining. On return to the parking facility the driver was the only one who helped us. Did not see anyone else even though the parking lot was open. As we have used this Company before with no issues we will put it down to a one off. Maybe it was because it was a Sunday night!!

We always use Callerton as we find it very convenient for both hotels and the airport itself. They are very helpful and you never have long to wait for the transfer to and from the airport.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.
EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.
On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park.
