Brilliant service and price. Dropped car off and checked it in. Bus to airport was there in 3 min. Dropped off in front of airport. Coming back stood at drop off point for less than 5 min before bus came he called the carpark and someone was waiting with our car keys. Very smooth trsnsfer. We have used these before and will definitely be using them again

We have parked our car 3 times a year for the last 4 years. This time we were disappointed, we arrived at 04.40 am a grouo of people were waiting ready after checking in they had waited 20 mins for a bus to take to airpprt, as we had to wait for that bus to come back we didn't arrive at the airport until 5.15 , normally wait 10 mins, our flight s last call was being called as we arrived, the poor bloke at callerton he was just new and he had been thrown in at the deep end the que was long and very time consuming as he didn't know how to get the system up each time

This is my absolute first choice car park when using Newcastle airport. The service is friendly, efficient and second to none. My flight was delayed back by 18 hours and there were no extra charges for parking. I also received the same level of service when, some years ago, I was involved in a long flight delay due to the Icelandic Ash Cloud. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Ok. But buses don't hold many people so you have to hang around waiting to be picked up and then detours to other car parks before back to Callerton.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.
EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.
On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park.
