Used several times before and now they've moved across the road it's even better. Very easy experience, just book it, turn up and check your car in, jump on the minibus and you're in the airport in 5 minutes. On the way back, a camera now sees you waiting and sends the minibus. Hardly any waiting, and in your car and away home within 10 -15 minutes of stepping out of the terminal building. Another bus may be needed for large groups or busy periods though and don't know how they'd cope with that.

Would have given 5 stars but on return, my husband was told that the car was outside. Pitch black at 2 am and we couldn't find car. Guy on reception had locked the office door, luckily he answered when my husband knocked. He came out but didn't really know immediately where the car was. Very irritating to stand tired and cold. This never happened in the past, car was always outside Reception on our return.

Excellent service. Only issue was that we only just missed the airport to parking return ride by seconds. If only the driver made a last quick look check it would have avoided a 20 minute wait and saved me a pointless dash with a heavy bag.

Now Callerton who we always used has now gone into Bellair its not the same. We dropped the car off at 3.30 in the morning and had to wait 25 minutes for the bus transfer. At 3.30 in the morning with clear sky in still cold even in the summer.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.
EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.
On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park.
