Everything went fine. I have used Callerton parking before and on this occasion there was a van waiting for us to effect a smooth arrival to airport. On return, we only waited a couple of minutes for Van to collect ;us from the pick-up point to transport us to the Bell Air site. Very satisfied with the arrangements

I know it is not much but I would have expected my car to have washed when I collected it, as I keep getting emails offering up to 25% of parking by have yet to receive anywhere like what you offer. I was very disappointed as when I parked with you when you were over the road at Newcastle my car was returned dirty as you had parked my car under trees we have used your care parking for years now both Newcastle and Leeds Bradford. I THINK THE PRICE WE PAY HAVING MY CAR WASHED IS NOT A LOT TO ASK

Because you've moved premises we panicked when we arrived and nearly parked at the airport parking. There was no notice on the old premises gates so we thought you must have gone into receivership. Callerton parking website map showed the old premises and so does the FHR website. I think that you should have alerted us to the fact that you were in new premises at the time of booking and have signposted it at the site. (My wife tried to ring the number for pick-up but did not get an answer).

I booked through NASUWT where I was supposed to receive 10% discount and that this would be highlighted on my invoice. It wasn't and I still don't know if I received the discount. This is the only reason that it is not a five star review. Easy to get to, quick to take to the airport, quick and easy to pick up and it was great to have a chap, waiting with my key so that we could get straight off after exiting the bus. First class service.

First-class service as usual. I use Callerton 5 or 6 times a year. My car probaly spends 40 to 45 nights a year in Callerton. I think that there should be some loyalty scheme to provide discounts to long term customers. For example free night's parking after a certain number of nights.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.
EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.
On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park.
