Always used Callerton but it has lost its edge slightly due to some changes in ownership. Since its been merged along with Bellair and Park & Fly it has now I here all owed by the airport and things seem a little confused. We were taken to the airport to fly out to our holiday with no issue ( we were the only ones on the bus at 3.30 in the morning) However the pick up point on return is all used by the above mentioned parks. We had one bus turn up which we were told was Callerton but he would take some of the other passengers who were from other parks. Having boarded the bus first and after it was fully loaded we told we had to get off and wait for another as the driver had been informed on his radio to not go to Callerton. Another bus turned up 10/15 minutes later an again confusion as everyone waiting were from different Parks. We ended up on this bus but made several stops to other Parks before we were finally picked our car up. I understand these might be owned by one authority but If I book Callerton like I always do then I want to be treated like a loyal customer and not have to end up in a lottery with other Parks to board a bus I have paid for. Please can we go back to the 5 star service we always had. Regards. John.

Post code on booking form could not be found on my sat nav, no big problem but slight inconvenience and when I arrived at car park my booking could not be found the chap had to write out a slip for me. The chap could not of been any more helpful though and courtesy bus to and from the airport was very good.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
