Very convenient. However on the way back our plane was delayed and after ringing to arrange a pick up we had to stand in the rain for 10 minutes with no shelter. Then when we did get in the mini bus we first had to wait 10 minutes for another person, then another 10 minutes for the drivers colleague. Then we had to stop for the driver to get some change. At 12.40 am I thought this could have been avoided, especially as the depot was only 5 minutes away.

the Car Park where we left the car was very near to the terminal but was very wet with lots of standing water. The staff were however very helpful and assisted us with monitoring the incident that led to all the flights being cancelled. As a result they happily changed and extended our booking to fit in with our revised travel plans. Without doubt the best airport parking service I have experienced at any airport

cheap, and close enough to airport. However, it was clear they were behind in that I got to the park and ride location on our return to find the cars were not yet there. It only took a few minutes extra though (10 minutes at most). Nevertheless, the closeness and the reasonably quick drop-off and pickup meant that it was a lot faster than others I've experienced.

This product cannot be cancelled or amended.The car park is located within the airport boundary at Stansted, just over a mile from the terminal. On demand transfers to and from the terminal, ensuring a quick and convenient way to park at Stansted. This service is available 24/7.
Outbound instructions
Follow signs from the motorway towards the mid-stay car park, using post code CM24 1PY in your Sat Nav. Our car park is located next to Holiday Inn, just opposite MacDonald's and before the BP garage. Turn in to the Holiday Inn entrance and then immediately on the right hand side is the entrance to our car park. Please park in a customer parking space on the right hand side. Please go to Reception to check- in, before unloading your bags. The car park address is I Love Park and Ride, Southgate, Stansted Airport, CM24 1PY. Park and ride contact number the number on your confirmation (option1) to contact the drivers should you need help with directions (emergency number the number on your confirmation )
Return instructions
Please ensure you collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation (option1) to be collected. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. We are unable to wait for more than 5 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to be collected otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees we incur. Can I park my van instead of car and is it any extra? Most likely for November Friday 13th As long as the van fits into a standard supermarket parking space the car park would accept it. No long wheel based vans are permitted.
