What is the drop-off procedure?

Drive to our car park and catch our transfer bus to the terminal. On your return you will be collected and returned to our car park 1.5 miles from the terminal. You will be required to leave your keys. Cars maybe moved between our 3 car parks.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Return instructions will be provided to you at the car park office when you check in. Our meet point is Zone C on the terminal forecourt which is on the same level as departures and arrivals outside the terminal doors

What security measures does the car park have?

We have 24 hour security including security fencing and gates and lighting and Park Mark. Cars maybe moved between our 3 car parks which all have Park Mark accreditationsAwarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

No height restriction You are required to leave your keys and your car may be moved and stored in one of our Park Mark car parks, all located within the airport boundary.

When I arrived back late on Monday eve 26 Mar, my car suspension gave way as soon as I exited the parking lot. All the staff on duty were extremely helpful and guided me through the procedure to diagnose the problem and arrange for a pick up truck to ferry my friend and myself home. I can't praise them enough, they went beyond the call of duty to help me and make me feel that the problem could be solved. I even got a cup of tea, while I waited for the rescue truck. brilliant team.

three day stay, is expensive, with all carpark's at standsted, you pay for a weeks stay, wonder why.. but the service from bubble was excellent, and i will use them again,

Easy to find drove straight in and parked. Transferred to terminal as soon as I handed my keys in at reception. Pick up was easy phoned when collected luggage and waited outside van was there within a couple of minutes very good service.

Absolutely excellent service. I lost my phone between dropping my car off and passing through the first boarding pass check. My friend phoned them and the driver searched the transfer bus without finding it, before coming back within a few minutes to take me back to my car so that I could search for it, as they are not authorised to do so. I did not find the phone in my car so he drove me back to the terminal and then said we should conduct a second search of the bus. Much to my relief, he found it on the floor of the bus, wedged behind a seat stantion and well out of plain sight. He showed genuine concern that I had lost my phone and could not have been more helpful. This was the second time we have used this company and the service has been excellent on both occasions. Will definitely use them again.

The car park is located within the airport boundary at Stansted, just over a mile from the terminal. On demand transfers to and from the terminal, ensuring a quick and convenient way to park at Stansted. This service is available 24/7.

Outbound instructions
Follow signs from the motorway towards the mid-stay car park, using post code CM24 1PY in your Sat Nav. Our car park is located next to Holiday Inn, just opposite MacDonald's and before the BP garage. Turn in to the Holiday Inn entrance and then immediately on the right hand side is the entrance to our car park. Please park in a customer parking space on the right hand side. Please go to Reception to check- in, before unloading your bags. The car park address is I Love Park and Ride, Southgate, Stansted Airport, CM24 1PY. Park and ride contact number the number on your confirmation (option1) to contact the drivers should you need help with directions (emergency number the number on your confirmation )

Return instructions
Please ensure you collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation (option1) to be collected. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. We are unable to wait for more than 5 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to be collected otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees we incur. Emergency number - the number on your confirmation

Do you a faiuilty to charge an electric charge at Stansted for a 7 day stay?Many thanks TomThe car park has no electric charging facilities at this time.
I have a toyota hi lux and friends we are travelling with have a FordRanger would your car park be ableTo accommodate theseAs long as the vehicles fit within a standard parking space they will be fine to park at this car park. The car park do not accept long wheel based vehicles are accepted.
Can I park my van instead of car and is it any extra? Most likely for November Friday 13th As long as the van fits into a standard supermarket parking space the car park would accept it. No long wheel based vans are permitted.
Hi my flight back to stanstead is on the 00:15 15/09/20Is this ok?The car park is open 24 hours so that would be fine.
In your info it says that our car may be moved to your other car parks, how far away can this be?All 3 compounds are within the airport - the furstest one is by Novotel hotel
