Waiting abit of awhile for the bus the first end when we were travelling but coming home he was waiting for us at the airport x plenty of rain while we were away so plenty of large holes in the field driving the car out.

having paid the fee online not sure why they ask for a £4 fee upon arrival for collection and drop off when the fee is taken online. so not impressed with that. also upon collection the driver asked for our name so my husband starting putting our luggage into the back, the driver rudely said to us did i tell u to do that. i responded but you didnt tell us not to either. The driver huffed and said carry on. dont recommend this company and probably wont use again. otherwise easy to find and distance to airport pretty good.

The drop off and pick up was very swift and very close to the terminal but the actual carpark needs maintenance as it's very dirty because. It's just hard core with big holes that after rain fill with water then you can imagine how dirty it gets. Also the mini buses could do with a clean, the return bus smelt very fusty like someone had been smoking in it. Wouldn't take much to make this alot better

Absolutely brilliant. We had a very tight turnabout to get to the terminal. Quick drop off of keys and then speedy transfer to the terminal. On return a 5 minute wait and we were collected.. highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Cheapest price and convenient location. I would have given 5 stars but when two parties were in the shuttle bus, we both had to pay the £4 charge for the one bus to enter the drop-off zone. That and the parking lot itself could be better lit and the ground is quite badly pot-holed. However, as lowest price was my main concern, I can't complain.

Positives: super polite/friendly service, 2 min from the airport, 2 min waiting time for transport from/to the airport. Negatives: none except the fact that there is no 'Bubble Park& Ride'! There is 'I love Park & Ride' signs! Why are you confusing your customers? To add some salt to your perfect services?

This product cannot be cancelled or amended.The car park is located within the airport boundary at Stansted, just over a mile from the terminal. On demand transfers to and from the terminal, ensuring a quick and convenient way to park at Stansted. This service is available 24/7.
Outbound instructions
Follow signs from the motorway towards the mid-stay car park, using post code CM24 1PY in your Sat Nav. Our car park is located next to Holiday Inn, just opposite MacDonald's and before the BP garage. Turn in to the Holiday Inn entrance and then immediately on the right hand side is the entrance to our car park. Please park in a customer parking space on the right hand side. Please go to Reception to check- in, before unloading your bags. The car park address is I Love Park and Ride, Southgate, Stansted Airport, CM24 1PY. Park and ride contact number the number on your confirmation (option1) to contact the drivers should you need help with directions (emergency number the number on your confirmation )
Return instructions
Please ensure you collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation (option1) to be collected. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. We are unable to wait for more than 5 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to be collected otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees we incur. Can I park my van instead of car and is it any extra? Most likely for November Friday 13th As long as the van fits into a standard supermarket parking space the car park would accept it. No long wheel based vans are permitted.
