The only reason I haven’t rated this 5 stars is because of the initial transfer from the car park to the airport. We arrived at the car park at 5am for an early flight from Stansted. We had just missed a bus which was fine and we had to wait 10 - 15 minutes for it to get back from the terminal. However, when we booked it does state that transfers are on request, so it’s good to be aware that this isn’t actually the case at all. Also while we were waiting, quite a few new people were arriving at the car park, so there were lots of people waiting for the mini bus by the time it arrived back. The bus can only take a maximum of 8 passengers, therefore some people got left behind and they would have had to wait another 10 - 15 minutes for the bus to come back again. The transfer is only approx 4 minutes from the car park to the airport, but once you’ve factored in the unloading of cases and the return journey back to the car park, you are looking at nearer to a 15 minute wait for the bus to get back. I’m pretty sure those people who got left behind weren’t too impressed and I’ve no idea why they only run one bus at busy times. Coming back from the airport we called once we had our luggage and made our way to the pick up point. We can’t have been waiting more than 4 minutes before the bus arrived and the key collection back at the car park was swift and efficient. All staff were friendly and the drop off and collection was easy. I just think they need to have the resources to run 2 buses at busy times, because if you turn up at a busy time, there’s no guarantee you’ll get on the mini bus - which we witnessed first hand. Luckily it wasn’t us as we were first in the queue, but it’s good to bear in mind when planning how much time to leave to ensure you catch your flight.

The location is perfect only 5 minutes from/to Stansted airport. Parking the car and the transfer to the airport was complete in under 10 minutes. The shuttle bus was waiting for us when we arrived back. The meeting point was right next to the exit. I would have given the service 5 stars, but I gave it 4 stars because my price included the shuttle bus transfer, but when I dropped my car I was asked to pay £3.5. I showed the receptionist a printout of the quotation clearly stating that the shuttle bus fee was included, yet he stil insisted to charge me the extra charge. Thankfully I had cash in my pocket as they don't accept cards for this charge!

Really good service Only thing I might suggest is to have more than one bus on to do pick ups from airport when you arrive back in uk. I rang to get collected and got told 15 minutes We then waited about 45 minutes as there was so many people waiting for that bus we couldn’t all get on.

Was left waiting outside the gate when we first arrived before they were finally opened. We were told where to park but then it was not clear what to do after that. When we did see the notice which told us how to book in the guys in the office were helpful enough but when we asked one of the drivers a question about the transfer (a journey which he must do several times a day) he said he didn't know and was not very helpful. Having said that, the transfer was very quick to the airport and when we returned we didn't have to wait long to be collected. I am going to say I would book this car park again because of the quick transfer time but it wouldn't be my first choice based on the whole customer experience.

I fly to Portugal several times each year from either Stanstead, Luton or Birmingham. Of the 3 parking at Stanstead is always the most expensive but found Bubble Parking the most reasonable. Location of the parking is ideal and easy to find. Check in is quick and easy although a change of car that I had done online had not been advised to the office. The guy onsite was able to make the change manually and was not a problem. I walk using 2 crutches and found all the staff most helpful and understanding. They produced a decent step to assist in getting into the transfer minibus and helped me at all times. I was very grateful and impressed. I was very impressed with the service received and would thoroughly recommend.

Yes everything was good until we returned to discover damage to my vehicle I reported it immediately to reception who took photographs and told my if there procedures which I have followed and am awaiting a reply. Don’t know if I would use again it obviously depends on the outcome of the damage to me vehicle.

Conveniently located adjacent to Holiday Inn near midstay car park. Surface a little uneven for wheeling cases and did not appear to be any toilet facilities. Transfer was quick and only short wait for minibus. Had to load cases by ourselves on way back. Reasonable value for price.

Outbound instructions
Follow signs from the motorway towards the mid-stay car park, using post code CM24 1PY in your Sat Nav. Our car park is located next to Holiday Inn, just opposite MacDonald's and before the BP garage. Turn in to the Holiday Inn entrance and then immediately on the right hand side is the entrance to our car park. Please park in a customer parking space on the right hand side. Please go to Reception to check- in, before unloading your bags. The car park address is I Love Park and Ride, Southgate, Stansted Airport, CM24 1PY. Park and ride contact number the number on your confirmation (option1) to contact the drivers should you need help with directions (emergency number the number on your confirmation )
Return instructions
Please ensure you collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation (option1) to be collected. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. We are unable to wait for more than 5 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to be collected otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees we incur.
