Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
Please call the number on your voucher when you are 10 minutes from the airport.Your car will be collected from the forecourt outside the terminal in Zone C of the Express set Down area unless otherwise advised and delivered back to you there.What is the pick-up procedure?
Please collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation Option 1 to have your car delivered. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. £7.00 (subject to change) Airport Fee is payable by you ONLINE on your return by 23:59 the day after your return https://pay.stanstedairport.com/latepaysearch/vrnsearch due to the airport now operating a barrierless system and using ANPR.What security measures does the car park have?

Good clear instructions. The people on the hone are always polite, as are those who pick up and drop off our car - thank you. Stanstead airport was mad at 11.30pm Saturday night, so car took a while to appear - fault of of the airport design and capacity and not the company.

Had to wait a little while longer than usual but a lot of traffic at terminal not fault of company. Return on time and very competent. Received various emails from other companies with discounts but cheapest was still a lot more expensive than through FHR. All in All very satisfied

This was our first time of using a Meet & Greet service. I was a little apprehensive due to the stories you hear. But I couldn't be happier. It was so easy to book, we booked the day before our departure. The ease of arriving right outside the terminal and literally having to hop out your car and walk over the road without a long bus ride and carrying of luggage etc was so hassle free. On return, the same can be said, we arranged the return of our vehicle and waited outside the terminal for our car to be returned. So hassle free after a long day of travelling. Our car was returned in the same condition without any issues. Plus a courtesy £3.50 to get out of the exit gate. Highly recommend this service!

Although conditions at Stansted were very busy on outward and return flights, with a lot of traffic congestion, the meet and greet service worked very well with prompt car pick up and delivery.

Spot on , mind had a bit of luck as cars pulled out as I pulled in . The lady that welcomed us was very pleasant and helpful as was the gent that brought my car back . Hopefully will be as good if we fly from stanstead again

Generally very good - did the service we wanted. There's no clear signs or guidance at the drop off point, which was slightly confusing since we hadn't used the service before, any many other people were waiting around - it felt like something was wrong.

Absolutely nothing to do with meet and greet parking but even just getting into Stansted was an absolute nightmare. We waiting for 45 minutes just to get into the drop off zone. If ur in a rush this is a nightmare. We were told by the guy who worked at meet and greet that that was nothing some days people have had to wait 2 hours. Ensure if ur flying from stansted u have plenty of time and Stansted airport u need to sort this out!! The meet and greet parking was the easiest thing about Stansted. They were very helpfull. Someone was there to meet us and took the car very quickly and the return was just as easy. Only thing I'll say is they do not check round the car as you hand over or give back to you which I found a little strange but other than that very good. I would use again if I ever choose to put myself through the nightmare that is Stansted again!

Outbound meet instructions:
Due to the forecourt tariffs changing at Stansted it is essential that you call the number on your confirmation Option 1 when you are 10 minutes from the airport. Failure to do may result in extra charges of £50 being imposed.
Follow signs for Express Set Down which is located directly outside the terminal building up on the forecourt. Drive along to the area marked zone C located centrally on right hand side of the terminal road. If there are any changes to the meet point you will be advised when you call.
If there are issues with the forecourt you may be told when you call to go to the Orange Short Stay Car Park instead (do not go here unless you are told to)- Follow signs to the terminal. As you approach the terminal follow signs for short stay car parking and head for the furthest car park, sign posted orange short stay car park'. Take a ticket and follow the road round to the orange bollards, pull in on the left hand side, park and your driver will meet you there. Please make sure you hand your car park ticket to the driver.
If you experience difficulties with our main contact number please use the Emergency number the number on your confirmation to contact the drivers.
Return instructions:

Please remain on the same level as departures.

On occasions the airport will make operational changes to the forecourt. You will be informed if this is the case when you call and our alternative return point is the Orange Short Stay Car park - When exiting the terminal turn left toward stairs go down one level to Orange Short Stay Car park, This car park has a 10 minute free period. It is therefore essential you are ready to collect your car otherwise you will be liable for any excess car park fees
