Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
Please call the number on your voucher when you are 10 minutes from the airport.Your car will be collected from the forecourt outside the terminal in Zone C of the Express set Down area unless otherwise advised and delivered back to you there.What is the pick-up procedure?
Please collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation Option 1 to have your car delivered. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. £7.00 (subject to change) Airport Fee is payable by you ONLINE on your return by 23:59 the day after your return https://pay.stanstedairport.com/latepaysearch/vrnsearch due to the airport now operating a barrierless system and using ANPR.What security measures does the car park have?

Perfect meet and greet - drop off and pick up both right outside the terminal (not off in some short stay car park like some). Timing always worked excellent, never hanging around more than a couple of minutes.

The overall parking service I couldn't fault, however the road that leads to the main building to the drop off point needs improving, due to the high volume of vehicles requires extra lanes

We have used the service before and it has always been very good. Dropping off the car again worked very well but we had to wait well over half an hour for our car on arrival despite following instructions and other traffic flowing through - disappointing.

We like the principal of meet & greet and it's definitely nice not having to make our way on a bus to a dark car park to hunt out our car. However, the mobile phone signal in Stansted is appalling, (and seems to be getting worse) so we spent 15 minutes just trying to ring FHR and then several more minutes waiting for the car. The staff are very amiable and helpful though.

I travel through Stansted a lot but have never used FHR before. I have generally used the airport's own Meet and Greet service with very mixed results (slow drop-off, damage to vehicle, terrible pickup experience, lost car, etc). I stuck with them because I was cautious of using a third party meet and greet service until this trip when Stansted's own Meet and Greet was full. Having used FHR once I can definitely say I will not be using the airport's official Meet and Greet again as the service from FHR was excellent. As instructed I telephoned when 10 minutes out and was given clear instructions to pull into the drop-off area and directed to an exact point. Even before I pulled in FHR's operator waved to me and guided me in. The entire drop-off process took about a minute, the alternative with the 'official' Meet and Greet had always been a 5 minute debate over a crackly intercom while they looked for my booking, followed by a walk to a dingy hut where you queue for minutes just to drop off your keys. FHR was truly meet and greet, not sure what I would call the official one! On return again as instructed I called when I had cleared customs and then walked straight out the front to the same place where I dropped the car. After only a very brief wait my car pulled in and Andy handed over the car along with cash for the exit barrier. Again the comparison with the 'official' Meet and Greet is almost laughable. On my last trip after the not inconsiderable walk back to the dingy hut I queued for over 5 minutes only to find they had failed to bring my car back to airport. I joined several other families for a 45 minute wait, it truly was complete chaos. Probably clear from this account that I now prefer FHR's Meet & Greet to Stansted's 'Official' Meet and Greet - frankly hard to see what FHR could have done to improve the process, it was about as quick and easy as I could have asked it to be.

Drop off was fine on departure but on arrival I had to wait over 30 minutes for car to be brought back. I booked this service for speed and convenience as I was travelling with 2 children. It was a busy time but I saw another driver collect and drop off 2 sets of passengers at a competitors off site car park and come back for a third set in the time I was waiting for my car to be brought back from an onsite compound. It didn't deliver the service it advertised - very dissapointed

This was the first time I used this company and everything they promised, they delivered. Excellent service on pick up and just being able to walk across the road to the terminal was brilliant. On arrival back, one phone call and they knew what car I had, and they arrived with the car in less than 10 minutes along with the £3.50 to get out of the area, and i was on the way. My car was clean and tidy and in good condition. I will definitely use then again

Outbound meet instructions:
Due to the forecourt tariffs changing at Stansted it is essential that you call the number on your confirmation Option 1 when you are 10 minutes from the airport. Failure to do may result in extra charges of £50 being imposed.
Follow signs for Express Set Down which is located directly outside the terminal building up on the forecourt. Drive along to the area marked zone C located centrally on right hand side of the terminal road. If there are any changes to the meet point you will be advised when you call.
If there are issues with the forecourt you may be told when you call to go to the Orange Short Stay Car Park instead (do not go here unless you are told to)- Follow signs to the terminal. As you approach the terminal follow signs for short stay car parking and head for the furthest car park, sign posted orange short stay car park'. Take a ticket and follow the road round to the orange bollards, pull in on the left hand side, park and your driver will meet you there. Please make sure you hand your car park ticket to the driver.
If you experience difficulties with our main contact number please use the Emergency number the number on your confirmation to contact the drivers.
Return instructions:

On occasions the airport will make operational changes to the forecourt. You will be informed if this is the case when you call and our alternative return point is the Orange Short Stay Car park - When exiting the terminal turn left toward stairs go down one level to Orange Short Stay Car park, This car park has a 10 minute free period. It is therefore essential you are ready to collect your car otherwise you will be liable for any excess car park fees
