Drive to our car park and catch our transfer bus to the terminal. On your return you will be collected and returned to our car park 1.5 miles from the terminal. You will be required to leave your keys. Cars maybe moved between our 3 car parks.What is the pick-up procedure?
Return instructions will be provided to you at the car park office when you check in. Our meet point is Zone C on the terminal forecourt which is on the same level as departures and arrivals outside the terminal doorsWhat security measures does the car park have?

Although I was provided with directions I did find it a bit difficult to locate the car park, but now I know it won't be a problem. The service was very good, I arrived paid the £7 access fee to the airport and away we went arrived few minutes later, driver was helpful and dropped us exactly where we wanted. Coming back at 2:00 AM rang them was told were to go for pickup which was just outside terminal driver was there in about 4 minutes. Have used long term car parking at Stanstead, more expensive, crowded busses going to everywhere so very slow to get back to car. For me I will use FHR happily again.

The service provided was fine. The only downside is the charge of £7.00 transfer fee for the short run to the terminal. Unreasonable I think?

Very smooth operation. Good location to airport. Particularly if you need any shopping with the BP garage oppposite so can buy M& S food. No problems would highly recommend.

I had a great experience when I dropped my car off but on arrival we had to wait for more than 20mins before pickup but when we got to the parking site it was quick

Good location only a few minutes from terminal, parking and transport to terminal was good but the return pick up was a bit on the slow side, advised 10/12 minutes but it was 20 minutes.

Great service. Easy to find at Stansted few minutes drive from terminal. Dropped off to terminal straight away. Same applied coming back. picked up within 5 minutes of phone call, car already and waiting for me.

Easy to find and park. Two stars knocked off because the car park surface was rough and so the walk from the car to the minibus was not great when you have luggage and kids that you are trying to manage. Instead there should be a drop off point to allow luggage/ passengers to be dropped off near the minimus before parking the the car in one of the aisles.

Very good service on outbound journey, on return not excellent. Was told that driver was there driving the loop and would be anytime up to eight minutes. The driver turned up 25 minutes with passengers being dropped off. So he wasn’t doing the loop and he wasn’t 8 minutes.

The I Love Park and ride car park is located within the airport boundary at Stansted, just over a mile from the terminal. On demand transfers to and from the terminal, ensuring a quick and convenient way to park at Stansted. This service is available 24/7.Outbound instructions
Follow signs from the motorway towards the mid-stay car park, using post code CM24 1PY in your Sat Nav. I Love Park and Ride is located on the opposite side of the roundabout to the airport's Mid Stay car park opposite MacDonalds, adjacent to Holiday Inn and before the BP garage. Turn in to the Holiday Inn entrance and then immediately on the right hand side is the entrance to our car park. Please park in a customer parking space on the right hand side. Please go to Reception to check- in, before unloading your bags. The car park address is I Love Park and Ride, Southgate, Stansted Airport, CM24 1PY. Park and ride contact number the number on your confirmation (option1) to contact the drivers should you need help with directions, emergency number the number on your confirmation .
Return instructions
Please ensure you collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation (option1) to be collected. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. We are unable to wait for more than 5 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to be collected otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees we incur.
