Drive to our car park and catch our transfer bus to the terminal. On your return you will be collected and returned to our car park 1.5 miles from the terminal. You will be required to leave your keys. Cars maybe moved between our 3 car parks.What is the pick-up procedure?

Easy and close to terminal We arrived back in the very early hours and I was travelling with my 17 and 9 year olds. I called the number given and the man was waiting for us to drop us to our car however he watched myself and my daughter struggle to pick up our cases and put them in the boot of which we found very ungracious and strange.

Close to airport, good service both ways. A little concerned about the erratic driving on return of your driver fortunate the short journey made it bearable. Still a worry as our car is moved off site. Very handy on return to be close to the petrol garage with the M& S food attached.

On arrival we handed our keys in and gave us a receipt for collection and instructions about return. Then we got into mini bus with a couple of others and was taken to the terminal at stanstead, only a 5 min drive away. Arrived with plenty of time. On return, called them after clearing customs and they said if we were quick enough we maybe able to get on transfer that was there already, otherwise we would have to wait for next one but it was still there, so all good. Collected keys and we were off home. All in all a very good service and would definately recommend it.

Drop off, all good and very efficient, on return sadly 25 min wait. The main reason is how close this parking place is and I have used them before for very reliable service, Unsure what has happened her, there seem to be few staff onsite on arrival so really not sure why the long wait.

The I Love Park and ride car park is located within the airport boundary at Stansted, just over a mile from the terminal. On demand transfers to and from the terminal, ensuring a quick and convenient way to park at Stansted. This service is available 24/7.Outbound instructions
Follow signs from the motorway towards the mid-stay car park, using post code CM24 1PY in your Sat Nav. I Love Park and Ride is located on the opposite side of the roundabout to the airport's Mid Stay car park opposite MacDonalds, adjacent to Holiday Inn and before the BP garage. Turn in to the Holiday Inn entrance and then immediately on the right hand side is the entrance to our car park. Please park in a customer parking space on the right hand side. Please go to Reception to check- in, before unloading your bags. The car park address is I Love Park and Ride, Southgate, Stansted Airport, CM24 1PY. Park and ride contact number the number on your confirmation (option1) to contact the drivers should you need help with directions, emergency number the number on your confirmation .
Return instructions
Please ensure you collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation (option1) to be collected. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. We are unable to wait for more than 5 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to be collected otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees we incur.
