Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Please call the number on your voucher when you are 10 minutes from the airport.Your car will be collected from the forecourt outside the terminal in Zone C of the Express set Down area unless otherwise advised and delivered back to you there.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Please collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation Option 1 to have your car delivered. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. £7.00 (subject to change) Airport Fee is payable by you ONLINE on your return by 23:59 the day after your return https://pay.stanstedairport.com/latepaysearch/vrnsearch due to the airport now operating a barrierless system and using ANPR.

Our car was collected immediately on arrival at Stansted and we only waited 12 minutes on our return for the car to be delivered- very good. My only complaint was when I phoned a week before to give my return flight details, as I was asked to do, and the man answering the phone was rather abrupt and dismissive- didn't exactly inspire trust! On the days of travel, the lady answering the phone was pleasant and professional. Our car was returned to us in good condition as you'd expect.

The service worked perfectly. We were met on time on departure, and the car came within 10 minutes of calling after landing. It was easy to communicate by phone and the operator explained clearly how to find the meeting points. Electronic communication was good and accurate.

At Gatwick my experience with this company has been good, but this time at Stansted it was poor. Waited for 20 minutes to be met when dropping car off. Eventually was told to leave my car (a new car) double parked with hazzard lights on while the representative went back to his base to pick up a driver. On my return, we waited outside for at least 15 minutes before car was dropped off. No offer to check around the vehicle, just asked to sign the required form. I paid double what another company was offering when booking this, as I wanted to use a trusted, professional outfit. On this occasion "I love meet and greet" did not meet this description. If the wait is this long, I may as well park the car myself and be sure that it is being properly looked after.

Have used Love to meet and Greet before. Excellent service at both drop off and pick up. My flight home this time was delayed by 5 hours and I let them know. No fuss at all they were ready to meet us when we finally landed after a long delay. Would recommend them highly.

Brilliant service... We arrived much earlier than expected - but a quick call to "I Love Meet & Greet" solved that. They were there within 10 minutes to pick up the car (where they took photo's to verify the condition and filled out the forms to sign). On return, as we came through Customs, I called them, and they were at the "flagpoles" in zone "C" just as we got there. Gave us the two quid to get out as well. Fantastic. Car was a tad dirty, so had probably been parked near trees - but not really a problem. Would definitely use again. Thanks... David

Promptly dropped off, pick up was slow had to ring them as car did not arrive as stated, waited about 20mins. Car was washed and polished before we left and was in a filthy state on return, think it must have been parked under a tree. But would use them again as this was a small hiccup, always been fabulous previously times.

Outbound meet instructions:

Due to the forecourt tariffs changing at Stansted it is essential that you call the number on your confirmation Option 1 when you are 10 minutes from the airport. Failure to do may result in extra charges of £50 being imposed.

Follow signs for Express Set Down which is located directly outside the terminal building up on the forecourt. Drive along to the area marked zone C located centrally on right hand side of the terminal road. If there are any changes to the meet point you will be advised when you call.

If there are issues with the forecourt you may be told when you call to go to the Orange Short Stay Car Park instead (do not go here unless you are told to)- Follow signs to the terminal. As you approach the terminal follow signs for short stay car parking and head for the furthest car park, sign posted orange short stay car park'. Take a ticket and follow the road round to the orange bollards, pull in on the left hand side, park and your driver will meet you there. Please make sure you hand your car park ticket to the driver.
If you experience difficulties with our main contact number please use the Emergency number the number on your confirmation to contact the drivers.


Return instructions:

On occasions the airport will make operational changes to the forecourt. You will be informed if this is the case when you call and our alternative return point is the Orange Short Stay Car park - When exiting the terminal turn left toward stairs go down one level to Orange Short Stay Car park, This car park has a 10 minute free period. It is therefore essential you are ready to collect your car otherwise you will be liable for any excess car park fees.

if i am delayed in either direction. is there a surcharge? Are there any additional payments i may be liable for?thanksYou would only be charged if you are delayed and the booking goes into the following day. The car park would then charge you the daily rate when you collect the vehicle.
How far is the terminal from pick up point..It is a two minute walk.
