Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Please call the number on your voucher when you are 10 minutes from the airport.Your car will be collected from the forecourt outside the terminal in Zone C of the Express set Down area unless otherwise advised and delivered back to you there.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Please collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation Option 1 to have your car delivered. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. £7.00 (subject to change) Airport Fee is payable by you ONLINE on your return by 23:59 the day after your return https://pay.stanstedairport.com/latepaysearch/vrnsearch due to the airport now operating a barrierless system and using ANPR.

Excellent going. Awful on return. Rang when we were through security to be told 20 minutes which for meet and greet we thought was poor but it's only 20 minutes. 30 minutes later we rang back to be told there wasn't enough drivers for our 3 cars. Would have been easier, quicker and cheaper to have parked in the long stay and waited for the bus. Eventually just short of an hour later the first 2 cars arrived separately to the third car. Would not recommend.

Landed at 23.00 phoned at 23.40 car arrived at 00.25 which made us late getting home normally have to wait know more than 10 minutes

Hi, I have used your company on numerous occasions but last thursday you kept me waiting 20 mins when I dropped my car off at Stansted. I rang when I left the M11and usually one of your drivers is there immediately but not this time. My passengers went in and I carried on waiting and waiting. It was 4am when I called and 430am when I actually booked in for my flight. Not good enough for this usually fast service. Coming home last night at 2am, driver arrived very promptly. So, hopefully just a glitch.

We had to wait about 20 minutes for the car to be collected on departure as it was very busy but on our return we waited barely 5 minutes . I would definitely use I Love Meet and Greet again

Whilst the individual staff picking up and delivering the vehicle were polite and professional, the overall experience was a shambles with significant delays. It was more 'Phone and Wait - and wait and wait' rather than 'Meet and Greet'. We waited 40 minutes at the start of our holiday for the car to be picked up from Stansted and there were other clients who had waited longer - to the extent that they were in danger of missing their flights. I would not use I Love Meet & Greet again.

Very good value and extremely courteous drivers. A little bit of a wait (15 mins) on our return but would happily recommend this company. I like the convenience of drop off/pick up directly outside the terminal.

Everything worked perfectly well in the morning. Your assistant approached me as I pulled up. It could not have been smoother. A different story altogether at the end of the day however. I was advised my car would be delivered withing 10-15 minutes. It actually took 40 minutes, and I missed the first 15 minutes of an important parents talk in Colchester regarding University applications. Very disappointing, and frustrating, and a shame after the excellent morning service.

Had to wait an unusually long time (nearly 25 minutes) for operator to collect the car which was booked in for 13.30. However, car was delivered back very promptly (flight arrival time 15.30).

Outbound meet instructions:

Due to the forecourt tariffs changing at Stansted it is essential that you call the number on your confirmation Option 1 when you are 10 minutes from the airport. Failure to do may result in extra charges of £50 being imposed.

Follow signs for Express Set Down which is located directly outside the terminal building up on the forecourt. Drive along to the area marked zone C located centrally on right hand side of the terminal road. If there are any changes to the meet point you will be advised when you call.

If there are issues with the forecourt you may be told when you call to go to the Orange Short Stay Car Park instead (do not go here unless you are told to)- Follow signs to the terminal. As you approach the terminal follow signs for short stay car parking and head for the furthest car park, sign posted orange short stay car park'. Take a ticket and follow the road round to the orange bollards, pull in on the left hand side, park and your driver will meet you there. Please make sure you hand your car park ticket to the driver.
If you experience difficulties with our main contact number please use the Emergency number the number on your confirmation to contact the drivers.


Return instructions:

On occasions the airport will make operational changes to the forecourt. You will be informed if this is the case when you call and our alternative return point is the Orange Short Stay Car park - When exiting the terminal turn left toward stairs go down one level to Orange Short Stay Car park, This car park has a 10 minute free period. It is therefore essential you are ready to collect your car otherwise you will be liable for any excess car park fees.

if i am delayed in either direction. is there a surcharge? Are there any additional payments i may be liable for?thanksYou would only be charged if you are delayed and the booking goes into the following day. The car park would then charge you the daily rate when you collect the vehicle.
How far is the terminal from pick up point..It is a two minute walk.
