Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Please call the number on your voucher when you are 10 minutes from the airport.Your car will be collected from the forecourt outside the terminal in Zone C of the Express set Down area unless otherwise advised and delivered back to you there.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Please collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation Option 1 to have your car delivered. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. £7.00 (subject to change) Airport Fee is payable by you ONLINE on your return by 23:59 the day after your return https://pay.stanstedairport.com/latepaysearch/vrnsearch due to the airport now operating a barrierless system and using ANPR.

Brilliant Service, girls picked the cars up within 5mins of arriving at the car park, checked mileage, etc briefly. One quick phone call and the cars were delivered back to us and girls paid the £2 car park fee to get cars out of car park as its not actually free to drop off anymore. Would not hesitate to recommend this serive, infact already have recommended it. Would def use it again.

From drop off to collection the team were excellent. I called 10 minutes before arrival and was met as soon as I arrived at the car park. On return we had a massive delay in baggage reclaim and once our bags were retrieved, given this was now after 0030hrs, our driver was there at the drop off car park. Cheerful and helpful. Well done I Love Meet and Greet...1st class Customer service.

It was the first time we had used your meet and greet service at Stansted and have to say we were really impressed. Everything ran like clockwork and it was very easy and made a great start and end to the holiday. In the past we hated having to wait at a bus stop, lug our bags onto the bus and then have a 15 min journey to then have to queue again to pick up keys etc so this made everything so easy. Definitely the way to go and will use you again!

Very great service, really happy with the knowledg that on arrival they checked my car for any damages and took note of mileage, with all the controversey around meet and greet company's nowadays this made me feel secure that my car would be in good hands. On return only had to wait 5 minutes staff very friendly and professional. Will definitely use again

We were sceptical at first but can now say that we are so pleased we used this service. When we arrived at the airport, the driver was waiting for us. On our return, the car was with us within minutes. Overall, the service was reliable, easy to use and the staff pleasant to deal with.

This was the first time that I had used M&G for parking and the overall experience was good. My only criticism is in relation to timings on ringing I was told that the car would be collected/delivered withing 10 - 15 minutes however in reality that turned out to be 15-25 minutes. Whilst the latter timing would have been accepatable if it had been said on ringing, I suggest that you be realistic and don't set expectations that you are unable to deliver.

Outbound meet instructions:

Due to the forecourt tariffs changing at Stansted it is essential that you call the number on your confirmation Option 1 when you are 10 minutes from the airport. Failure to do may result in extra charges of £50 being imposed.

Follow signs for Express Set Down which is located directly outside the terminal building up on the forecourt. Drive along to the area marked zone C located centrally on right hand side of the terminal road. If there are any changes to the meet point you will be advised when you call.

If there are issues with the forecourt you may be told when you call to go to the Orange Short Stay Car Park instead (do not go here unless you are told to)- Follow signs to the terminal. As you approach the terminal follow signs for short stay car parking and head for the furthest car park, sign posted orange short stay car park'. Take a ticket and follow the road round to the orange bollards, pull in on the left hand side, park and your driver will meet you there. Please make sure you hand your car park ticket to the driver.
If you experience difficulties with our main contact number please use the Emergency number the number on your confirmation to contact the drivers.


Return instructions:

On occasions the airport will make operational changes to the forecourt. You will be informed if this is the case when you call and our alternative return point is the Orange Short Stay Car park - When exiting the terminal turn left toward stairs go down one level to Orange Short Stay Car park, This car park has a 10 minute free period. It is therefore essential you are ready to collect your car otherwise you will be liable for any excess car park fees.

if i am delayed in either direction. is there a surcharge? Are there any additional payments i may be liable for?thanksYou would only be charged if you are delayed and the booking goes into the following day. The car park would then charge you the daily rate when you collect the vehicle.
How far is the terminal from pick up point..It is a two minute walk.
