Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Please call the number on your voucher when you are 10 minutes from the airport.Your car will be collected from the forecourt outside the terminal in Zone C of the Express set Down area unless otherwise advised and delivered back to you there.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Please collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation Option 1 to have your car delivered. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. £7.00 (subject to change) Airport Fee is payable by you ONLINE on your return by 23:59 the day after your return https://pay.stanstedairport.com/latepaysearch/vrnsearch due to the airport now operating a barrierless system and using ANPR.

I traveled to the airport alone and you have to phone when 10 mins from airport. I programmed hands free and put my phone in my handbag so I could push a button to dial. Oh no then I got instruction to press 1 this is not possible on hands free and so i had to go into orange parking before i could call and had to wait the 10 mins before pick up. please can we have a number where don't have to press another number whilst driving its not safe.

The service was punctual & efficient. The driver was already waiting for us as we arrived at Stanstead and we only had to wait about 5 mins for our car when we returned from our holiday,

It can be a bit awkward while waiting at the carpark for the car to be returned, but I feel that this is the Airport problem rather than Meet & Greet. Thank you

Very close to terminal (orange short stay carpark drop off/ pick up), but not right outside as others offer. Service was punctual with polite drivers. I would recommend and use this company again.

Generally a very good service. However there was a delay of about 10 mins waiting at the airport for our chauffeur to arrive and collect our car on our departure date. Clearly a whole group of chauffeurs were being dropped at the airport together. The waiting time was far shorter when we returned to pick up our car at the end of our trip.

I just wish this service wasn't so expensive - i would use it all the time if it was more reasonable, I only did it this time due to the discounted offer and the fact I had two children with me. But nevertheless, great efficient service. Thank you

First time I use Meet and greet. Drivers meet you by the terminal, you head to your flight immediately and when you return they are there waiting for you. No wait for a bus. An excellent service really, Woldln't hesitate about using it again!

we were greeted by a lovely lady on arrival and she was very professional and dealt with us in a friendly manner. on collection our car was bought to us by a friendly man who again was very professional. We were very pleased with the excellent service, including the phone operators when we were required to call in. We shall be using the service whenever we fly from Stanstead.

This is the second time we've used the Meet and Greet service and both times we've been super impressed. Drivers were very punctual and very polite. For about the same, or in our case, less than the cost of the usual airport parking, we had the hassle-free service M&G provides. You can't beat it and I will always book this service in future, it's so good!

This was the second time that I had used this company. We had to wait a while to be met going and then weren't given any documentation for the car. When we came back, the service was very fast and efficient. Because we had no paperwork, we we asked for our passports to show that the vehicle was actually ours and booked in our name. This was very reassuring. I would definitely recommend and use again.

The ease with which drop off and collection was carried out was marvellous. One phone call ten minutes before arrival on the way out and another as soon as we were through customs on our return was all it took. The driver was waiting for us both times. Prompt, professional, courteous and excellent value for money. I will definitely use this service again.

Outbound meet instructions:

Due to the forecourt tariffs changing at Stansted it is essential that you call the number on your confirmation Option 1 when you are 10 minutes from the airport. Failure to do may result in extra charges of £50 being imposed.

Follow signs for Express Set Down which is located directly outside the terminal building up on the forecourt. Drive along to the area marked zone C located centrally on right hand side of the terminal road. If there are any changes to the meet point you will be advised when you call.

If there are issues with the forecourt you may be told when you call to go to the Orange Short Stay Car Park instead (do not go here unless you are told to)- Follow signs to the terminal. As you approach the terminal follow signs for short stay car parking and head for the furthest car park, sign posted orange short stay car park'. Take a ticket and follow the road round to the orange bollards, pull in on the left hand side, park and your driver will meet you there. Please make sure you hand your car park ticket to the driver.
If you experience difficulties with our main contact number please use the Emergency number the number on your confirmation to contact the drivers.


Return instructions:

On occasions the airport will make operational changes to the forecourt. You will be informed if this is the case when you call and our alternative return point is the Orange Short Stay Car park - When exiting the terminal turn left toward stairs go down one level to Orange Short Stay Car park, This car park has a 10 minute free period. It is therefore essential you are ready to collect your car otherwise you will be liable for any excess car park fees.

if i am delayed in either direction. is there a surcharge? Are there any additional payments i may be liable for?thanksYou would only be charged if you are delayed and the booking goes into the following day. The car park would then charge you the daily rate when you collect the vehicle.
How far is the terminal from pick up point..It is a two minute walk.
