Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Please call the number on your voucher when you are 10 minutes from the airport.Your car will be collected from the forecourt outside the terminal in Zone C of the Express set Down area unless otherwise advised and delivered back to you there.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Please collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation Option 1 to have your car delivered. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. £7.00 (subject to change) Airport Fee is payable by you ONLINE on your return by 23:59 the day after your return https://pay.stanstedairport.com/latepaysearch/vrnsearch due to the airport now operating a barrierless system and using ANPR.

Very good - we were able to park right outside the doors to the terminal and the driver was there in a few minutes to collect our car. No waiting around for transfer coaches and having to lug suitcases on and off the vehicles. On our return, our car was brought to the front of the terminal shortly after calling the friendly operator to advise of our arrival. Overall an excellent service which was worth the reasonable extra cost. Would definitely use again.

Lovely service, every member of staff who I spoke with on the phone and in person was really helpful and pleasant. When I arrived back from my holiday I was a little delayed and was over half hour late picking the car up. I called up to say I was ready to have the car dropped off and to apologise for the lateness there was no issue's. The car was a little dirty when it arrived back to me but that's understandable with it being parked some where for a week. To top of a good service the man who dropped the car off even put the cases in the car for me! I have marked it as a 4 star only due to two reason's 1, the drop off point was a little tricky to find and 2, the car was dirty and had to clean the wing mirrors before the 3 hour drive home as I couldn't see.

Everything worked perfectly. The representative was waiting for us as we pulled up at Stansted and the handover went smoothly. On the way back our flight was cancelled meaning we had to stay another night; I called I Love Meet & Greet and they were understanding. There was no problem extending the booking by another day. I'd recommend and will use them again.

Really quick service both on telephoning them and dropping off and picking up my car, I hardly had to wait. They even gave me the £3 to get out of the barrier. By far the best and friendliest service I have encountered at any airport.

As normal a good service but with new restrictions in airport approach re timing it is no quicker than parking on airport as you have to wait for your vehicle to be delivered. In that time a short stay would have been appropriate. Cant fault the service though. Excellent drivers.

Went to wrong drop off point and was spoken to quite rudely by the telephone assistant. However, the exchange was fine. Waited quite a long time for the car to be returned, however when it was the driver was very professional and courteous and checked all the papers etc.

Outbound meet instructions:

Due to the forecourt tariffs changing at Stansted it is essential that you call the number on your confirmation Option 1 when you are 10 minutes from the airport. Failure to do may result in extra charges of £50 being imposed.

Follow signs for Express Set Down which is located directly outside the terminal building up on the forecourt. Drive along to the area marked zone C located centrally on right hand side of the terminal road. If there are any changes to the meet point you will be advised when you call.

If there are issues with the forecourt you may be told when you call to go to the Orange Short Stay Car Park instead (do not go here unless you are told to)- Follow signs to the terminal. As you approach the terminal follow signs for short stay car parking and head for the furthest car park, sign posted orange short stay car park'. Take a ticket and follow the road round to the orange bollards, pull in on the left hand side, park and your driver will meet you there. Please make sure you hand your car park ticket to the driver.

Return instructions:

On occasions the airport will make operational changes to the forecourt. You will be informed if this is the case when you call and our alternative return point is the Orange Short Stay Car park - When exiting the terminal turn left toward stairs go down one level to Orange Short Stay Car park, This car park has a 10 minute free period. It is therefore essential you are ready to collect your car otherwise you will be liable for any excess car park fees.

if i am delayed in either direction. is there a surcharge? Are there any additional payments i may be liable for?thanksYou would only be charged if you are delayed and the booking goes into the following day. The car park would then charge you the daily rate when you collect the vehicle.
How far is the terminal from pick up point..It is a two minute walk.
