Huge car park, with many zones drop off / pickup points. The parking surface is newly hard tarmaced so no potholes 😊 and zones are well signposted. On return our (double length) bus went all through the long stay park with multiple drop offs first before getting to air parks which took ages, (about 45 mins!) which you don’t need, but at least the driver was a good humoured soul and made us chuckle with his smart quips - no mean feat at almost midnight!

Gate not recognising number plates on arrival, had to speak in to machine to get barrier to lift. Apart from that minor glitch everything was easy. Plenty of spaces, very short wait for buses and quick transfers.

I used Jetparks on Manchester Airport several times for last years and never had a problem. First time I parked on London Stansted and couldn't be worst. On return we have been waiting for shuttle bus for nearly an hour, first bus arrived after 40 minutes, queue was up to main door to the airport so managed to go on the second bus. When we came back to the car on rear door deep scratch. I done pictures and rang phone number from invoice. Been told to send photograps and they will investigate. 2 days later was told to contact Stanstead Police. Typical. Advertising that they are so good and secure until you pay. Never again.

Okay to use. Not ideal as a long way from airport and the bus stops every where so takes a while. Took even longer on return. But it was a very reasonable price. They seemed to have lost our booking but then found it again on return - sorted out pretty quickly. But annoying.

Directions for Jetparks
You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.Important information
The car park has requested that you please print your confirmation email and take it with you when you travel. Please allow 35 minutes on top of your check-in time to arrive at the car park and make the transfer to the terminal.
From London:
If you're travelling from London exit the M11 at J8a, take the left hand lane and follow the filter left. Then follow directions below:
Go straight ahead at the next roundabout, passing the Novotel hotel on your left.
At the next roundabout go straight on, passing the entrance to the official Long Stay car park.
At the next roundabout follow signs LEFT for entrance to JetParks.
From Cambridge:
If you're travelling from Cambridge take the first exit at the roundabout. Then follow the directions below:
At the next roundabout take the second exit, signposted Long Stay car park.
At the next roundabout go straight on passing the entrance to the official Long Stay car park.
At the next roundabout follow signs LEFT for entrance to JetParks.
Arrivals Procedure:
This car park operates an Automatic Number Plate Recognition System (ANPR) so the barrier should rise for you upon arrival. If not please press the call button for assistance. DO NOT insert your Credit Card, you may be charged again. Once you have parked your vehicle in an open zone, board a courtesy bus which will drop you in front of the terminal building. Please ensure that the bus you board is going to the correct zone.
If you travel out of hours between 10pm and 4am you will need to transfer with the Long Stay Car Park. Press the intercom button at the transfer stop and tell the operator you need a transfer from JetParks.
Return Procedure:
When you arrive back from your trip, follow in-terminal signs for 'Buses to JetParks and Long Stay'. Courtesy buses are located at the JetParks and Long Stay parking bus stops in front of the terminal. Once you've returned to your vehicle, drive up to the exit barrier. Either the barrier will raise or if you were issued with a ticket, insert your ticket. If you have pre-booked DO NOT insert Credit Card at the barrier as you may be charged again. The barrier will open for you to exit. If you experience any difficulties, please press the call button for assistance.
If you are travelling out of hours between 10pm and 4am you will need to transfer with the Long Stay Car park, Follow signs for the Long Stay Car park transfer stop and get the Long Stay transfer bus. tell the driver you have parked at Jetparks and they will drop you back.

At the discretion of the car park you will have a 4 hour grace period prior to arrival and a 6 hour grace period on return. If you arrive or depart outside your booking period, you will incur an additional charge based on Stanted Airport's standard tariff - If you pick your car up early, we can't give you a refund.
