There was nothing wrong with the car park but the return bus service was a literally a bad joke. Even though we had only travelled from Lanzarote by that time we had been in "transit" for 11 hours including airport waiting times. Naturally, with two children of 2 and 3 we just wanted to get back to the car as quickly as possible. The Jet Parks bus arrived and we all got on, but then the bus could not start as it was "overloaded". I've been on far more "loaded" busses than this so in my opinion the bus had a service issue. We were one of the last groups to get on so were asked to get off, then get on again as the bus appeared to work, then finally get off again. There were 6 adults (one pregnant lady) 14 pieces of luggage and two children in push chairs, so it took some time and a loss of patience. The operators clearly had no regard for the passengers, but basically that sums up Stansted Airport in general and probably most other large airports. After 20 minutes another bus arrived and we were able to complete our journey, but I strongly suggest that as a vital link in the transport service the busses should be scrutinised as thoroughly as the aircraft.

I had my return flight cancelled due to bad weather on 02/06/2017 and the next available flight was on 07/06/2017. Emailed FHR to inform them what has happened. On return to the UK I had no problems what so ever with Jetparks and didn't get charged for the extra 5 days my car had to stay there. Thank you very much for the great service.

No problem finding the car park on arrival, but did take some time to find a space to actually park! Bus wait was 20 minutes (not 15) , though travel time to airport about 10 further minutes. On return, no waiting for collection as bus arrived as I walked out of the arrival hall, but it filled to standing room only! My bus stop (S) was last drop off point and this took 35 minutes to achieve, which was not very good as the bus route travels through all the stops in the Long Stay parks first, before going to the Jetparks right at the end. Apart from this, I have to say "It all works, as advertised", and for my first use of Stansted in about 15 years, the whole airport has certainly 'grown' in that period!

The actual formalities were perfect. However, the bus service to the car park was grossly inadequate. Plane landed at 18.30 and there were only TWO buses covering the whole of the long stay and jet parks combined with a massive queue. They did all the long stay first and then on to Jet parks resulting in a journey taking ages. Both buses filled up while we were in the queue and then we had to stand and wait until they eventually returned having done the entire trip. Then we had to endure the whole journey before we reached our area (U). We finally got out of the park at nearly 21.00. I have used this bus before and with the Jet parks only bus there is no problem. Otherwise, perfect service.

Ok price and good transfer to the terminal. However, the return journey was waaaaaay too long. Looked like long stay and Jetparks pick ups were combined. Not so good. Queues were too long. The signage of where to go for the bus was extremely confusing. And as there were so many people in both car parks the drop off journey was just too long to get to Jetparks. Many people were getting cheesed off on the bus due to the bus going everywhere to drop people off. All in all nit such a great experience in the end.

will not use this outfit again.farthest away park last on coach drop off .took 45 minutes to get to terminal after arriving .confused information,no tickets available on arrival no help to be found and cost more than a longer period at gatwick .avoid

Directions for Jetparks
You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.Important information
The car park has requested that you please print your confirmation email and take it with you when you travel. Please allow 35 minutes on top of your check-in time to arrive at the car park and make the transfer to the terminal.
From London:
If you're travelling from London exit the M11 at J8a, take the left hand lane and follow the filter left. Then follow directions below:
Go straight ahead at the next roundabout, passing the Novotel hotel on your left.
At the next roundabout go straight on, passing the entrance to the official Long Stay car park.
At the next roundabout follow signs LEFT for entrance to JetParks.
From Cambridge:
If you're travelling from Cambridge take the first exit at the roundabout. Then follow the directions below:
At the next roundabout take the second exit, signposted Long Stay car park.
At the next roundabout go straight on passing the entrance to the official Long Stay car park.
At the next roundabout follow signs LEFT for entrance to JetParks.
Arrivals Procedure:
This car park operates an Automatic Number Plate Recognition System (ANPR) so the barrier should rise for you upon arrival. If not please press the call button for assistance. DO NOT insert your Credit Card, you may be charged again. Once you have parked your vehicle in an open zone, board a courtesy bus which will drop you in front of the terminal building. Please ensure that the bus you board is going to the correct zone.
If you travel out of hours between 10pm and 4am you will need to transfer with the Long Stay Car Park. Press the intercom button at the transfer stop and tell the operator you need a transfer from JetParks.
Return Procedure:
When you arrive back from your trip, follow in-terminal signs for 'Buses to JetParks and Long Stay'. Courtesy buses are located at the JetParks and Long Stay parking bus stops in front of the terminal. Once you've returned to your vehicle, drive up to the exit barrier. Either the barrier will raise or if you were issued with a ticket, insert your ticket. If you have pre-booked DO NOT insert Credit Card at the barrier as you may be charged again. The barrier will open for you to exit. If you experience any difficulties, please press the call button for assistance.
If you are travelling out of hours between 10pm and 4am you will need to transfer with the Long Stay Car park, Follow signs for the Long Stay Car park transfer stop and get the Long Stay transfer bus. tell the driver you have parked at Jetparks and they will drop you back.

At the discretion of the car park you will have a 4 hour grace period prior to arrival and a 6 hour grace period on return. If you arrive or depart outside your booking period, you will incur an additional charge based on Stanted Airport's standard tariff - If you pick your car up early, we can't give you a refund.
