Once you have arrived at Thremhall Avenue, please drive and park in one of the bays located on the left hand side next to our reception. Your keys will be taken and your car inspected before it is parked for the duration of your trip. Free transfer every 20 minutes for up to 4 passengers (£5 return for any additional pax). Vehicle Restrictions: Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Maple prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made.What is the pick-up procedure?

Illegal Vehicles: It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund. Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change) or part day thereof, after your booked return date. welcome was good booked car in some one takes photos of the car and inside on the way back to have a fair system to perhaps a number for the driver to collect on the phone call system as people was waiting and others just went in front of them. driver allowed it. although there was two of us travelling we was lucky to get on the bus to get back to the car. may this could be looked into

The yard itself is a bit of a mud pit, cheap and cheerful car parking. Minibus seats were in need of a clean ( as was the bus inside) but on the whole it’s ok and did the job. No issues at all.😊

I was given a card and a number to call it went to an O2 recorded message so I waited at the designated area C at Stansted airport I called back 10 mins later to then get through to someone and for him to ask for my details all over again and he said there=was a bus on the way when the driver arrived he was not expecting us and he said did you call the office ..........

Always use Maple Manor Parking very efficient service and competitive in pricing. Only complaint is on entering car park it is full of deep pot holes and makes it difficult when parking and collecting car especially when holes are full of water..this has been the same all year as have parked several times throughout year.

Unfortunately our dog died the day before we were due to park. Therefore we had to cancel our trip. Just in passing, may I take the opportunity of complimenting you on your service, staff etc generally. Checking in and out was easy, just think something should be one about all the potholes and the lighting when dealing with parking at night. Despite that would use it again as very convenient for terminal and little time needed for transporting to there.

Very easy drop to find and drop car off, mini bus to terminal. Quick phone call for collection waited probably about 5 minutes for mini bus back to car park, keys ready and waiting, just had to find the car in the dark with a vague direction of its over there on the left and the car park has lots of muddy puddles to negotiate to find your car. Would have been better to move the cars being collected closer to the front.

Easy place to find very efficient staff booked in car very quickly and transport to airport virtually straight after being booked in, same on the return journey not too long to wait for their transport back to the car park site and car keys ready as soon as we got there.

Leave the M11 by the slip road at Junction 8 Southbound or Junction 8a North Bound - At the end of the road follow it round to the left onto A120 Thremhall Avenue - You'll come to a large roundabout - take the 3rd exit onto A120 Thremhall Avenue - Continue down this road and keep left towards the Bassingbourn Roundabout and take the 3rd exit Signposted A120 Express by Holiday Inn - At the next roundabout take the third exit signposted Express by Holiday Inn - Drive straight to the end of this road where you will see Maple Parking Park & Ride's Car Park
Transfer Details
Transfers run every 20 minutes 24 hours 7 days and are included in price for up to 4 passengers - £5 return for each additional passenger payable at the car park.
On Arrival
Once you have arrived at Thremhall Avenue, please enter the car park and park up on the right hand side near to our reception. Your keys will be taken and your car inspected before it is parked for the duration of your trip.
Return Procedure
If you are returning ahead of schedule, we must have at least 24 hours notice (or as much notice as possible) to ensure that your vehicle is ready to be collected upon your return.
As soon as you have collected all of your baggage and are ready to clear customs call us on the number on your confirmation 0 and follow the directions below:
After exiting Arrivals, follow the signs to the Coach Station and wait at Bay 19. You will need to show your barcoded receipt card to the driver. The bus will stop at the entrance to our carpark, please collect your keys from our reception- Our team member will direct to your car, ready for you to drive straight home.
