What is the drop-off procedure?

Once you have arrived at Thremhall Avenue, please drive and park in one of the bays located on the left hand side next to our reception. Your keys will be taken and your car inspected before it is parked for the duration of your trip. Free transfer every 20 minutes for up to 4 passengers (£5 return for any additional pax). Vehicle Restrictions: Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Maple prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made.

What is the pick-up procedure?

After clearing customs, please call the number on your confirmation to advise that you are ready for collection, then After exiting Arrivals, follow the signs to the Coach Station and wait at Bay 19.

What security measures does the car park have?

The car park has 24 hour manned security, fencing and a gated entry. CRB Checked Staff and Drivers Park Mark awarded Car Parks

What else do I need to know?

Illegal Vehicles: It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund. Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change) or part day thereof, after your booked return date. Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone Maple ASAP. They must have 24 hrs notice

Departing from the car park was fantastic...very helpful & friendly staff. Only problem was we weren't given any details on how we were being picked up for the return journey, so the driver gave us a card with maple manor's number. Picking us up was a nightmare........the card we were given was a central number & took us age's to get through to Stansted maple manor and then they couldn't find us on the system! The driver that picked us up was extremely moody and clearly didn't want to be working! He was very rude and even punched the ticket machine when it didn't give him a receipt! On the way to the terminal we sat in the front and did the same on the way back but was then told by the driver to get out as he needed the space in the front! Ridiculous! In my opinion he should not be working for you, when you come back from a lovely holiday and then faced with that, it ruins your holiday!

Wish we chose someone else. Mini van was full so had to wait a while very early in the morning, they say on demand but takes ages. Coming back again van full so had to wait a good 25 minutes, no one answered the phone for ages and got very stressful. They could have sent another van but instead waited for the same one to go and then come back. Staff not that friendly, would not recommend or use again. Wish we went with someone else instead.

Booking was easy and quick online, with a very reasonable cost. Drop-off at the unsociable hour of 4am was quickly administered and with less than 10mins wait, a minibus took us a short 2mins trip to the airport arrivals/departures drop-off area. Pick-up at again, a horrible hour of the day, between 00.30 - 01.00 hours was easy at the same spot, with a wait of less than 15mins. The only improvements could have been a) the directions of how to get there from the M11 could have been a little clearer - easy to find if you turn in the OPPOSITE direction to the Stansted Mid Stay Carpark sign at the roundabout having left the M11/A120 and head towards the MacDonalds you can see. And b) the minibus could have some bigger signs on its windows/sides, as it was easy to miss when it came to collect us! Would thoroughly recommend Maple Manor though and will certainly be using it again when flying from Stansted.

Reasonably priced and overall good value Finding car park was ok, and wait for pick up was acceptable. One slight negative, a number of settings on my car had been altered, such as interior lights on/off.

This is by far the best airport parking we have used. The site was easy to find and staffed when we arrived at 2:30 am. Transfer to the airport was quick and we were dropped outside the entrance to departures so not far to walk. Pickup was easy, we just waited 15 minutes and the driver was very friendly. That this was the cheapest as well was a bonus.

The arrival was perfect-streamlined and good service. Sadly, on the return the park was so busy that staff really couldn't keep up with the volume. They didn't answer the calls, so people were just queuing for Meet an Greet an Park and Ride. None the less, the staff were helpful and hid their stress well. I would still use the parking, they just need to have better organisation on busy days/weeks.

Leave the M11 by the slip road at Junction 8 Southbound or Junction 8a North Bound - At the end of the road follow it round to the left onto A120 Thremhall Avenue - You'll come to a large roundabout - take the 3rd exit onto A120 Thremhall Avenue - Continue down this road and keep left towards the Bassingbourn Roundabout and take the 3rd exit Signposted A120 Express by Holiday Inn - At the next roundabout take the third exit signposted Express by Holiday Inn - Drive straight to the end of this road where you will see Maple Parking Park & Ride's Car Park


Transfer Details
Transfers run every 20 minutes 24 hours 7 days and are included in price for up to 4 passengers - £5 return for each additional passenger payable at the car park.

On Arrival
Once you have arrived at Thremhall Avenue, please enter the car park and park up on the right hand side near to our reception. Your keys will be taken and your car inspected before it is parked for the duration of your trip.

Return Procedure
If you are returning ahead of schedule, we must have at least 24 hours notice (or as much notice as possible) to ensure that your vehicle is ready to be collected upon your return.

As soon as you have collected all of your baggage and are ready to clear customs call us on the number on your confirmation 0 and follow the directions below:

After exiting Arrivals, follow the signs to the Coach Station and wait at Bay 19. You will need to show your barcoded receipt card to the driver. The bus will stop at the entrance to our carpark, please collect your keys from our reception- Our team member will direct to your car, ready for you to drive straight home.

Vehicle Restrictions: Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Maple prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.

It says £5 for additional passengers does that include a 1 year old cos it’s 4 adults and a 1 year old There are still 5 passengers so an additional charge may still be made.
