What is the drop-off procedure?

Once you have arrived at Thremhall Avenue, please drive and park in one of the bays located on the left hand side next to our reception. Your keys will be taken and your car inspected before it is parked for the duration of your trip. Free transfer every 20 minutes for up to 4 passengers (£5 return for any additional pax). Vehicle Restrictions: Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Maple prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made.

What is the pick-up procedure?

After clearing customs, please call the number on your confirmation to advise that you are ready for collection, then After exiting Arrivals, follow the signs to the Coach Station and wait at Bay 19.

What security measures does the car park have?

The car park has 24 hour manned security, fencing and a gated entry. CRB Checked Staff and Drivers Park Mark awarded Car Parks

What else do I need to know?

Illegal Vehicles: It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund. Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change) or part day thereof, after your booked return date. Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone Maple ASAP. They must have 24 hrs notice

Although we have recently used meet and greet at other airports we chose Maple Manor Park and Ride at Stansted as it was considerably cheaper. They were very quick and efficient and as they are so near to the airport it took hardly any more time than meet and greet arrangement. My only criticism was the poor directions to get to Maple manor Parking. This needs improving.

Very cheap, but slightly disorganised feel both ends of the stay. Staff were friendly & helpful. Would use again. Their website needs to include much clearer directions as to where they are - I had to phone to clarify, because neither map nor instructions were clear, & I know the airport well.

Went through Moneysavingexpert so got a further discount on the price, and was the cheapest at the time I did my search. I was surprised at how close to the airport it was. Drop off and collection was very smooth. It is uncovered parking, but seemed secure and in amongst a number of other premises, such as a car hire firm and hotels, so seemed secure. I'd use them again.

The car park was in an excellent position,very happy with their service. The instructions to find it were rubbish and we had to ring.2 other families arriving at the same time had exactly the same problem as us.it need to be clear that you drive into the airport grounds and follow the signs for mid stay car parking,looking out for the Macdonalds and BP garage on the right and turning down to the BP garage which you then pass (situated on your left).Then the car park is straight in front of you with a poorly lit Premier Inn ,in the background.The Sat Nav in our car and on the phone wanted to take us to the Radisson when we put in Premier Inn. So please liaise with the car and revise the instructions

Was very convenient as the car park was only a short distance from the airport. There was however very little space to park the car and it was very congested, we were not sure where to leave the car. When we tried to ask for directions, we were greeted very harshly by staff and it was only when I spoke to staff in reception (who was very friendly) that we were directed to where we needed to park. Drivers of shuttles were both very friendly and helpful so that somewhat compensated for the initial greeting we received.

Once we'd actually found you...the service was great. directions could be made a bit clearer though. You advise customers to follow signs for Premier Inn, there are no signs for premier inn at the airport! It's Holiday Inn express directions that you need to follow. Fab service though once we finally found you. Thank you, would definitely recommend and use your services again.

Badly organised, car park looked like a war zone from Iraq!!!! Got dropped off at the airport by the van driver, who opened the tailgate and happily watched our suitcases fall on the floor whilst not batting an eye lid !! On return got rudely questioned why we hadn't left our car key behind..... Because the 'staff' never asked for it! Would not use again- get what you pay for in life!!

the overall experience was excellent and will use again, convenient close to airport, price compatible to others, and would recommend, only one thing to improve on is being told are you going to get your car then or what, 10.00 at night and not knowing were my car is not what i expected, but am sure this is an easy fix, may be suggestion is to point out or show the customer. otherwise would of been 5 stars.

The car park is quite close to thesin airport. The staff were friendly efficient and helpful. The transfers were really quick. My only issue was the state of the car park itself, which could have been kept in slightly better condition and not leave your car exposed to the elements, otherwise A* service!

Excellent service from the start, although a little tricky to find on the SatNav! As soon as we arrived in the early morning, the Maple Manor Park team were there to greet us. Very polite and courteous. And, we were taken by shuttle bus to the airport departure immediately, which is always a nice bonus! On our return, a quick call to the Office ensured that the shuttle bus picked us up in quick time. The driver was a very happy gentleman, and the trip to pick up our car couldn't have been more enjoyable! Once back at Maple Manor Park, our car was ready for pick up immediately. After a quick check on the mileage by a member of staff, and an electronic vehicle release signature, we were on our way! So, overall an excellent service. Would thoroughly recommend, and be happy to use next time we fly from Stanstead Airport. Keep it up!

Overall the service was good, the transfer was efficient and short, all staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue was that our satnav couldn't find it and took us back on to the motorway slip road. Our instructions provided by maple manor mentioned this and guided us the right way.

Leave the M11 by the slip road at Junction 8 Southbound or Junction 8a North Bound - At the end of the road follow it round to the left onto A120 Thremhall Avenue - You'll come to a large roundabout - take the 3rd exit onto A120 Thremhall Avenue - Continue down this road and keep left towards the Bassingbourn Roundabout and take the 3rd exit Signposted A120 Express by Holiday Inn - At the next roundabout take the third exit signposted Express by Holiday Inn - Drive straight to the end of this road where you will see Maple Parking Park & Ride's Car Park


Transfer Details
Transfers run every 20 minutes 24 hours 7 days and are included in price for up to 4 passengers - £5 return for each additional passenger payable at the car park.

On Arrival
Once you have arrived at Thremhall Avenue, please enter the car park and park up on the right hand side near to our reception. Your keys will be taken and your car inspected before it is parked for the duration of your trip.

Return Procedure
If you are returning ahead of schedule, we must have at least 24 hours notice (or as much notice as possible) to ensure that your vehicle is ready to be collected upon your return.

As soon as you have collected all of your baggage and are ready to clear customs call us on the number on your confirmation 0 and follow the directions below:

After exiting Arrivals, follow the signs to the Coach Station and wait at Bay 19. You will need to show your barcoded receipt card to the driver. The bus will stop at the entrance to our carpark, please collect your keys from our reception- Our team member will direct to your car, ready for you to drive straight home.

It says £5 for additional passengers does that include a 1 year old cos it’s 4 adults and a 1 year old There are still 5 passengers so an additional charge may still be made.

Hi is the shuttle still running to the airport?Yes the transfer bus is still in operation.
