Once you have arrived at Thremhall Avenue, please drive and park in one of the bays located on the left hand side next to our reception. Your keys will be taken and your car inspected before it is parked for the duration of your trip. Free transfer every 20 minutes for up to 4 passengers (£5 return for any additional pax). Vehicle Restrictions: Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Maple prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made.What is the pick-up procedure?

Illegal Vehicles: It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund. Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change) or part day thereof, after your booked return date. After an horrendous journey on the M1 southbound, (I was left with 30 mins till gate closing, and had all but given up on my flight to Stockholm)...Maple Manor saved the day. It took moments to deal with paperwork, then a female member of staff drove me calmly to the terminal a few minutes away; she advised me to pay £5 to go through security via Fastrack. I made my flight, and upon my return was picked up minutes after telephoning news of my arrival. I had my keys and car soon after, so straightforward - I was on the road less than ten minutes after being collected. I will definitely use this company again. Easy to find when you familiarise yourself with the simple directions. Minutes from the airport, car well looked-after, friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent drop off and pick up ... Drop off had to wait ~ 10mins but expectations were set when I signed in and was a result of traffic at the Airport approach Pick up - no wait at all Only reason for 4 Stars was I thought the cost was a little higher than I would have expected but they were one of the cheapest

Easy to find & prompt drop off/pick up. However customer service lacks lustre! Rude staff. On return the driver said 'I've been here ages where were you' I had to show him my phone to say I called 5 minutes ago & made my way straight to you. Once at the car park we were told 'your car is out there on the right somewhere' So at 1am in torrential rain & carrying luggage we had to search to find where it was. Another couple were dropped off at the same time with a very small baby......they were told the same. Customer service needs re visiting......and manners cost nothing! I probably would book again due to convenience but would check other companies first.

Leave the M11 by the slip road at Junction 8 Southbound or Junction 8a North Bound - At the end of the road follow it round to the left onto A120 Thremhall Avenue - You'll come to a large roundabout - take the 3rd exit onto A120 Thremhall Avenue - Continue down this road and keep left towards the Bassingbourn Roundabout and take the 3rd exit Signposted A120 Express by Holiday Inn - At the next roundabout take the third exit signposted Express by Holiday Inn - Drive straight to the end of this road where you will see Maple Parking Park & Ride's Car Park
Transfer Details
Transfers run every 20 minutes 24 hours 7 days and are included in price for up to 4 passengers - £5 return for each additional passenger payable at the car park.
On Arrival
Once you have arrived at Thremhall Avenue, please enter the car park and park up on the right hand side near to our reception. Your keys will be taken and your car inspected before it is parked for the duration of your trip.
Return Procedure
If you are returning ahead of schedule, we must have at least 24 hours notice (or as much notice as possible) to ensure that your vehicle is ready to be collected upon your return.
As soon as you have collected all of your baggage and are ready to clear customs call us on the number on your confirmation 0 and follow the directions below:

The bus will stop at the entrance to our carpark, please collect your keys from our reception- Our team member will direct to your car, ready for you to drive straight home.
