Once you have arrived at Thremhall Avenue, please drive and park in one of the bays located on the left hand side next to our reception. Your keys will be taken and your car inspected before it is parked for the duration of your trip. Free transfer every 20 minutes for up to 4 passengers (£5 return for any additional pax). Vehicle Restrictions: Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Maple prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made.What is the pick-up procedure?
After clearing customs, please call the number on your confirmation to advise that you are ready for collection, then After exiting Arrivals, follow the signs to the Coach Station and wait at Bay 19.What security measures does the car park have?

Illegal Vehicles: It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund. Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change) or part day thereof, after your booked return date. On the positive side it was cheap, the transfers were fine in both directions, and the staff were friendly. On the negative side the car park is not paved and could become very messy in rain. And the system for getting collected on the return flight relies on the customer phoning the office to make them aware that you have cleared customs and are waiting to be collected. The phone often defaults to an answer service rather than a real person so the customer does not really know if someone is coming. Good luck to MMP. The cost of parking at Stansted is outrageous and MMP makes it more affordable

Coming home the pick up driver Tony was very rude when I asked him do we have to cross the busy road st Stansted airport his reply was well I can't make the car go sideways I will never use Maple leaf again

Quite busy on arrival so had to wait about 20 mins to get on a bus, stansted airport was also very busy with a queue to get to drop off, so advise getting there about 30 mins earlier to be safe. It was easter however and would expect it to be busy. Otherwise very efficient service and chatty, friendly staff

We found this car park near Stansted easy to find (contrary to many airports). The transfer was short. We did not need to wait long for the mini-bus on arrival and return.

All ran very smoothly. Good location so that the transfer to the airport was very quick, and pick-up instructions were very clear, and only had to wait a few minutes to be collected, which was ideal as it was late for our children. Overall, an extremely satisfactory experience.

Excellent, cost effective service. Transfer was completed within ten minutes of arriving at Maple Manor so we were able to leave bang on schedule without any inconvenience caused. Would certainly recommend over Stansted's Long Stay Car Park as it was cheaper and quicker.

On the outbound journey, drop off at Stansted airport was very quick & drama free but on the inbound journey I called the tel. number provided and it went through to VM, I couldn't quite hear the recorded message as the arrivals hall was quite noisy as you'd expect with announcements, etc. but I duly left a message. We went to the pickup point and were picked up by the second van that came around. Again no drama there but when we got to the car park office the guy there said to me that I hadn't called to be picked up and I advised that I'd left a VM to which he said "We don't have time to listen to VMs and our message does say do not leave any VMs", to which I replied that I couldn't hear the automated message and he accepted that but afterwards I thought if they didn't want VMs left, the VM facility should not be there. Please accept that this was just a minor issue / misunderstanding and the guy at the office was very polite and accepting of my explanation (In fact all the staff were very professional / efficient) and I'm not writing to complain about any one person or the service but just thought that perhaps FHR can use my feedback to fine tune the process so that returning passengers know not to leave VM messages, by maybe having a message on the card that customers are given on the outbound journey?? I have booked airport parking with FHR previously and will readily book again. Thanks & Regards Nitin

Leave the M11 by the slip road at Junction 8 Southbound or Junction 8a North Bound - At the end of the road follow it round to the left onto A120 Thremhall Avenue - You'll come to a large roundabout - take the 3rd exit onto A120 Thremhall Avenue - Continue down this road and keep left towards the Bassingbourn Roundabout and take the 3rd exit Signposted A120 Express by Holiday Inn - At the next roundabout take the third exit signposted Express by Holiday Inn - Drive straight to the end of this road where you will see Maple Parking Park & Ride's Car Park
Transfer Details
Transfers run every 20 minutes 24 hours 7 days and are included in price for up to 4 passengers - £5 return for each additional passenger payable at the car park.
On Arrival
Once you have arrived at Thremhall Avenue, please enter the car park and park up on the right hand side near to our reception. Your keys will be taken and your car inspected before it is parked for the duration of your trip.
Return Procedure
If you are returning ahead of schedule, we must have at least 24 hours notice (or as much notice as possible) to ensure that your vehicle is ready to be collected upon your return.
As soon as you have collected all of your baggage and are ready to clear customs call us on the number on your confirmation 0 and follow the directions below:
After exiting Arrivals, follow the signs to the Coach Station and wait at Bay 19. You will need to show your barcoded receipt card to the driver. The bus will stop at the entrance to our carpark, please collect your keys from our reception- Our team member will direct to your car, ready for you to drive straight home.
