Once you have arrived at Thremhall Avenue, please drive and park in one of the bays located on the left hand side next to our reception. Your keys will be taken and your car inspected before it is parked for the duration of your trip. Free transfer every 20 minutes for up to 4 passengers (£5 return for any additional pax). Vehicle Restrictions: Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Maple prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made.What is the pick-up procedure?

Illegal Vehicles: It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund. Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change) or part day thereof, after your booked return date. Have used this parking company many times and the service is great, well priced and no extra hidden charges for transfer to the airport etc. unlike some others. Will always use them on my regular trips from Stansted. However, I left a note in the car asking for driving seat not to be altered. It was moved, the radio re-tuned, the heating system turned up to full - surely to move a car a few metres across their compound doesn't require that? Otherwise happy with the service, but the little things matter, so please take note.

We were satisfied with the service however the man that picked us up at the airport was not polite and would not take us with him despite having enough room in the car. He told us to call you for another delivery car but we would have to wait a while for the next one. In the end however he did take us with him.

Booking, parking and transfers all good. Only issue was that we had to leave a message when returning from flight so staff unaware we were back but able to accommodate us on a quick transfer as vehicle was at airport picking other passengers up just as we got there.

We have used a few 'meet and greet' services but Maple Manor are undoubtedly the best we have used so far. Easy to find and close to Stansted airport, the staff were professional, efficient and friendly. The transfer from car park to terminal was seamless and on the way back our transport was outside waiting for us. Great service and would definitely use again and recommend to other travellers.

Leave the M11 by the slip road at Junction 8 Southbound or Junction 8a North Bound - At the end of the road follow it round to the left onto A120 Thremhall Avenue - You'll come to a large roundabout - take the 3rd exit onto A120 Thremhall Avenue - Continue down this road and keep left towards the Bassingbourn Roundabout and take the 3rd exit Signposted A120 Express by Holiday Inn - At the next roundabout take the third exit signposted Express by Holiday Inn - Drive straight to the end of this road where you will see Maple Parking Park & Ride's Car Park
Transfer Details
Transfers run every 20 minutes 24 hours 7 days and are included in price for up to 4 passengers - £5 return for each additional passenger payable at the car park.
On Arrival
Once you have arrived at Thremhall Avenue, please enter the car park and park up on the right hand side near to our reception. Your keys will be taken and your car inspected before it is parked for the duration of your trip.
Return Procedure
If you are returning ahead of schedule, we must have at least 24 hours notice (or as much notice as possible) to ensure that your vehicle is ready to be collected upon your return.
As soon as you have collected all of your baggage and are ready to clear customs call us on the number on your confirmation 0 and follow the directions below:
After exiting Arrivals, follow the signs to the Coach Station and wait at Bay 19. You will need to show your barcoded receipt card to the driver. The bus will stop at the entrance to our carpark, please collect your keys from our reception- Our team member will direct to your car, ready for you to drive straight home.

Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Maple prior to the drop off date.
