What is the drop-off procedure?

Once you have arrived at Thremhall Avenue, please drive and park in one of the bays located on the left hand side next to our reception. Your keys will be taken and your car inspected before it is parked for the duration of your trip. Free transfer every 20 minutes for up to 4 passengers (£5 return for any additional pax). Vehicle Restrictions: Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Maple prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made.

What is the pick-up procedure?

After clearing customs, please call the number on your confirmation to advise that you are ready for collection, then After exiting Arrivals, follow the signs to the Coach Station and wait at Bay 19.

What security measures does the car park have?

The car park has 24 hour manned security, fencing and a gated entry. CRB Checked Staff and Drivers Park Mark awarded Car Parks

What else do I need to know?

Illegal Vehicles: It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund. Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change) or part day thereof, after your booked return date. Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone Maple ASAP. They must have 24 hrs notice

The parking and the setup was all good. We did feel that the staff during our processing of leaving the car and waiting for the shuttle was extremely rude and 'blunt'. They were not very welcoming. Apart from this picking up the car was all good and the overall process was fine.

The car park is situated very close to the Airport Terminal, and hence the shuttle ride is short. However, the post code shown on the website is very misleading and actually took me back towards Bishops Stortford instead of leaving the roundabout to get to the car park at the correct exit. In addition, my wife is disabled and has very poor mobility, and hence access into and out of the shuttle bus is very difficult and painful for her. It would be very helpful if the shuttle bus could be provided with a step (such as even a plastic crate) to help disabled customers get in and out. The driver for the trip to the airport had a very bad attitude, and was very unfriendly although the staff at the office were both friendly and helpful.

The directions to Maple Parking were easy to follow, with exception of where the "Blue Cones" were located for initial parking. The check-in was straight forward with swift transfer to the airport. On arrival back in the UK, the pick-up transport arrived within literally about 5 mins of telephoning after we collected out luggage. Check-out was straightforward with the car readily available. Staff were very pleasant..well done maple. Will definitely use again, and particularly so with the very competitive costing through FHR.

Would have no hesitation in recommending Maple Manor for parking for value for money. Drop off and pick up were very swift and the drivers we had were friendly. The only one gripe I had hence 4 stars and not 5 was when I got back into my car the mat, peddles and door sill were caked in mud...I always keep my car pristine inside, I realise the cars are parked on rough ground and dirt/mud can't be helped, but a piece of paper placed in footwell would help anyone having the same experience on return I did.

First class service from start to finish. Easy to find. Speedy check in and transfer to airport. Dropped right outside and the same when coming back. All the staff were very cheerful, friendly and helpful. Will definitely use again. So much cheaper than parking at airport.

The service was so efficient. On arrival the check- in took no longer than 5mins before we were on board the small bus to the terminal. It was only about a 5mins transfer. On our return after phoning, the bus arrived very quickly and the car was waiting to be driven off once we signed the paperwork. I have never known an airport car parking to be so quick and easy. I will definitely be using them again.

This parking is extremely close to Stansted Airport (comparing with other London airports). It takes around 5min. The transport is made via mini-vans, so you don't need to wait 20min for mini-bus, but instead they take you few minutes after your arrival. When you arrive you just make a call and they come and pick you. I give 5 stars since it was the fastest and closest parking transfer I ever had.

My biggest worry when useing airport car parking is potential damage caused by careless site parking by staff or similar caused by other customers at the collection bay.My car was unblemished upon collection and I followed the site advice to bring a torch in order to check the car over.I can assume that there has been previous associated damage issues.I liked the small touch of a cardboard over mat on the drivers footwell as a good job given the nearby pot holes filled with water.All the staff my wife and I met were a credit to their business and given my overall experiance I would use you again without hesitation.Well done and thank you for your care.

Leave the M11 by the slip road at Junction 8 Southbound or Junction 8a North Bound - At the end of the road follow it round to the left onto A120 Thremhall Avenue - You'll come to a large roundabout - take the 3rd exit onto A120 Thremhall Avenue - Continue down this road and keep left towards the Bassingbourn Roundabout and take the 3rd exit Signposted A120 Express by Holiday Inn - At the next roundabout take the third exit signposted Express by Holiday Inn - Drive straight to the end of this road where you will see Maple Parking Park & Ride's Car Park


Transfer Details
Transfers run every 20 minutes 24 hours 7 days and are included in price for up to 4 passengers - £5 return for each additional passenger payable at the car park.

On Arrival
Once you have arrived at Thremhall Avenue, please enter the car park and park up on the right hand side near to our reception. Your keys will be taken and your car inspected before it is parked for the duration of your trip.

Return Procedure
If you are returning ahead of schedule, we must have at least 24 hours notice (or as much notice as possible) to ensure that your vehicle is ready to be collected upon your return.

As soon as you have collected all of your baggage and are ready to clear customs call us on the number on your confirmation 0 and follow the directions below:

After exiting Arrivals, follow the signs to the Coach Station and wait at Bay 19. You will need to show your barcoded receipt card to the driver. The bus will stop at the entrance to our carpark, please collect your keys from our reception- Our team member will direct to your car, ready for you to drive straight home.

Vehicle Restrictions: Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Maple prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.

It says £5 for additional passengers does that include a 1 year old cos it’s 4 adults and a 1 year old There are still 5 passengers so an additional charge may still be made.

Hi is the shuttle still running to the airport?Yes the transfer bus is still in operation.
Is it free transfer to and from the air port to the car park? How frequent is the service?
