What is the drop-off procedure?

Once you have arrived at Thremhall Avenue, please drive and park in one of the bays located on the left hand side next to our reception. Your keys will be taken and your car inspected before it is parked for the duration of your trip. Free transfer every 20 minutes for up to 4 passengers (£5 return for any additional pax). Vehicle Restrictions: Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Maple prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made.

What is the pick-up procedure?

After clearing customs, please call the number on your confirmation to advise that you are ready for collection, then After exiting Arrivals, follow the signs to the Coach Station and wait at Bay 19.

What security measures does the car park have?

The car park has 24 hour manned security, fencing and a gated entry. CRB Checked Staff and Drivers Park Mark awarded Car Parks

What else do I need to know?

Illegal Vehicles: It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund. Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change) or part day thereof, after your booked return date. Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone Maple ASAP. They must have 24 hrs notice

No problems on dropping off or picking up. Both the lady who checked us in and the chap who gave us our keys back were helpful and friendly. The bus arrived quickly and the short journeys were fine. The driver on our return was a tad surly but it was very late at night to be fair.

Really reliable fast efficient service...have used several times now an dwouldnt consider anyone else at Stansted. Easy to find and quick transfer to airport, also been pretty quick at picking us up on return ..would recommend them to anyone.

Check in and check out very quick, pickup was a simple phone call away, great ride and hassle free helped make the holiday. Would recommend you book here and would think they will be expanding soon with the sheer busy car park. If i had to mention anything it would be the lead up road could do with re surfacing a little.

Accept it, we're all sceptical about these services when booking. We've sseen the TV programmes about rouge services that trash your car, put miles on the speedo etc etc. I too was worried when handing over my keys. I snapped the mileage reading etc. The service could not have been better. The drop off to the airport was within minutes...its about 1/2 a mile away. The pick up was equally promptand the car had 1 extra mile on the speedo...they move it around the compound so not worried about that. And they had a dust sheet by the drivers feet...great service if you ask me!

Excellent customer service. Their location is not visible on Google Maps navigation so you need to follow road signs for Holiday Inn to get there. Took us around 3-5 minutes to reach the airport but around 10-15 minutes for return journey thanks to the traffic and longer route to come back. Would highly recommend and use again!!!

Best parking I have ever used, struggled to find it so called the parking company on hands free and they guided me there, parked up and within minutes I was on my way to the airport, a short 5 minute journey and I was there, coming back I called them whilst waiting for my cases, once I got outside they were there waiting for me, couldn't have asked for more.

Everything was fine, but there were a couple of niggles. 1. We had to wait for our lift to the airport although there blurb says: "Our dedicated transfer bus runs 24 hours a day and is available on demand. Transfers are free and take 2-3 minutes each way." 2. The car, and particularly the windscreen were pretty dirty when it was returned to us

Overall excellent arrangement with prompt dropping and collection. The driver picking us back from the airport to the car park on the 30th August was extremely grumpy and rude who did not utter a single word but had a very unfriendly attitude.

Not the best place to find - no signage off the McDonalds/hotel island or the road past the petrol station. The only sign says something about "car rentals" which is a little off putting when leaving your car there! Quite tight for space when inside. After that though, no problem- staff were very friendly and welcoming and key hand over completed with no dramas. Easy ride to terminal and a phone call secures your trip back once you've passed bag collection. Far cheaper and convenient than the bigger car parks though I'm never entirely happy about handing my key over!

Very efficient car parking, easy to find, greeted on arrival, only a few minutes wait to be taken to Airport and same on return. Exrtremely friendly and likeable driver. Would definitely use Maple Manor again. Only slight downside, was a very dusty car on collection !

Leave the M11 by the slip road at Junction 8 Southbound or Junction 8a North Bound - At the end of the road follow it round to the left onto A120 Thremhall Avenue - You'll come to a large roundabout - take the 3rd exit onto A120 Thremhall Avenue - Continue down this road and keep left towards the Bassingbourn Roundabout and take the 3rd exit Signposted A120 Express by Holiday Inn - At the next roundabout take the third exit signposted Express by Holiday Inn - Drive straight to the end of this road where you will see Maple Parking Park & Ride's Car Park


Transfer Details
Transfers run every 20 minutes 24 hours 7 days and are included in price for up to 4 passengers - £5 return for each additional passenger payable at the car park.

On Arrival
Once you have arrived at Thremhall Avenue, please enter the car park and park up on the right hand side near to our reception. Your keys will be taken and your car inspected before it is parked for the duration of your trip.

Return Procedure
If you are returning ahead of schedule, we must have at least 24 hours notice (or as much notice as possible) to ensure that your vehicle is ready to be collected upon your return.

As soon as you have collected all of your baggage and are ready to clear customs call us on the number on your confirmation 0 and follow the directions below:

After exiting Arrivals, follow the signs to the Coach Station and wait at Bay 19. You will need to show your barcoded receipt card to the driver. The bus will stop at the entrance to our carpark, please collect your keys from our reception- Our team member will direct to your car, ready for you to drive straight home.

It says £5 for additional passengers does that include a 1 year old cos it’s 4 adults and a 1 year old There are still 5 passengers so an additional charge may still be made.

Hi is the shuttle still running to the airport?Yes the transfer bus is still in operation.
