What is the drop-off procedure?

Once you have arrived at Thremhall Avenue, please drive and park in one of the bays located on the left hand side next to our reception. Your keys will be taken and your car inspected before it is parked for the duration of your trip. Free transfer every 20 minutes for up to 4 passengers (£5 return for any additional pax). Vehicle Restrictions: Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Maple prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made.

What is the pick-up procedure?

After clearing customs, please call the number on your confirmation to advise that you are ready for collection, then After exiting Arrivals, follow the signs to the Coach Station and wait at Bay 19.

What security measures does the car park have?

The car park has 24 hour manned security, fencing and a gated entry. CRB Checked Staff and Drivers Park Mark awarded Car Parks

What else do I need to know?

Illegal Vehicles: It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund. Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change) or part day thereof, after your booked return date. Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone Maple ASAP. They must have 24 hrs notice

Main advantages - close to airport, cheap, and fairly easy. Drop off was fine, on collection I called and my call disconnected and I couldn't get through at all. Despite that there was still a minibus outside at the pick up point though. I'm not sure where cars are parked whilst you're away - I am sure there were new splashes of proper mud around my wheel arches on my return.

Close to terminal and quick transfer was good, but interior car carpet was very muddy on our return. Car interior was fully warm on return which surprised us; hope this was part of the service and not because the car had been driven for miles just before pick up!

Bit hectic when we arrived and calls were answered before dealing with the que of customers who have flights to catch which wasn't ideal but as a whole the service was good and fast enough. I would recommend. Booking was easy and I understood where to go. Thanks

Cannot say anything bad about maple manor park and ride, wasn't waiting around to be picked up at airport, literally a 2 minute transfer to and from the airport! Would definitely be using again!

Tried this service to ease our holiday and started very well. Fast journey to the airport, very efficient. Had a bit of trouble on return as they didn't have our car ready and had to go looking for it when we were waiting in their parking lot

Well run operation. Would recommend providing a map with the confirmation as it wasn't as easy to find as I had hoped. Local to the airport. Clean and tidy minibuses run you to and from the terminal.

Was not so obvious to find without a SatNav, (although the written instructions were in fact okay). Could have been made clearer to me that the pick-up point was same as where we were dropped off, because "Zone C" at Stansted Airport was not clearly signed until I was quite close. However all in all, very efficient, quick transfer times, convenient, good price, no long waiting to be picked up. Thank you!

They need to alter their directions as they are not good. It's actually very simple to get to but needs clarification in the instructions. Google maps didn't help. So I wasted about ten minutes driving around looking for them. However, once there I experienced a very prompt service in dealing with me, getting me to the airport and picking me up. I would certainly use them again, now I know where they are, very near the Macdonalds, - good price, good service.

Cheapest price I could find for stansted parking. Quick check in process and straight into mini bus to the terminal. Quick return service and staff where friendly and done a good job. Not far from the terminal.

You will be required to leave your key.

Leave the M11 by the slip road at Junction 8 Southbound or Junction 8a North Bound - At the end of the road follow it round to the left onto A120 Thremhall Avenue - You'll come to a large roundabout - take the 3rd exit onto A120 Thremhall Avenue - Continue down this road and keep left towards the Bassingbourn Roundabout and take the 3rd exit Signposted A120 Express by Holiday Inn - At the next roundabout take the third exit signposted Express by Holiday Inn - Drive straight to the end of this road where you will see Maple Parking Park & Ride's Car Park


Transfer Details
Transfers run every 20 minutes 24 hours 7 days and are included in price for up to 4 passengers - £5 return for each additional passenger payable at the car park.

On Arrival
Once you have arrived at Thremhall Avenue, please enter the car park and park up on the right hand side near to our reception. Your keys will be taken and your car inspected before it is parked for the duration of your trip.

Return Procedure
If you are returning ahead of schedule, we must have at least 24 hours notice (or as much notice as possible) to ensure that your vehicle is ready to be collected upon your return.

As soon as you have collected all of your baggage and are ready to clear customs call us on the number on your confirmation 0 and follow the directions below:

After exiting Arrivals, follow the signs to the Coach Station and wait at Bay 19. You will need to show your barcoded receipt card to the driver. The bus will stop at the entrance to our carpark, please collect your keys from our reception- Our team member will direct to your car, ready for you to drive straight home.

It says £5 for additional passengers does that include a 1 year old cos it’s 4 adults and a 1 year old There are still 5 passengers so an additional charge may still be made.

Hi is the shuttle still running to the airport?Yes the transfer bus is still in operation.
