What is the drop-off procedure?

Once you have arrived at Thremhall Avenue, please drive and park in one of the bays located on the left hand side next to our reception. Your keys will be taken and your car inspected before it is parked for the duration of your trip. Free transfer every 20 minutes for up to 4 passengers (£5 return for any additional pax). Vehicle Restrictions: Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Maple prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made.

What is the pick-up procedure?

After clearing customs, please call the number on your confirmation to advise that you are ready for collection, then After exiting Arrivals, follow the signs to the Coach Station and wait at Bay 19.

What security measures does the car park have?

The car park has 24 hour manned security, fencing and a gated entry. CRB Checked Staff and Drivers Park Mark awarded Car Parks

What else do I need to know?

Illegal Vehicles: It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund. Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change) or part day thereof, after your booked return date. Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone Maple ASAP. They must have 24 hrs notice

This car park was perfect was really easy to find. When we arrived they took us straight to the Airport with no messing around and when we arrived back yesterday I gave them a call to say I was ready and with in seconds the car was there to take us back to the car park and my car was sitting there ready for me I go on about 5 holidays a year and never received service like I did with maple mannor I will now being using these everytime I go on holiday. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cheap and reliable service

I flew out from Stansted airport for a long weekend. Left my car at Mapple Manor and I found it very useful. It is very close to the terminal and their shuttle runs on demand. Great service. I will very likely repeat.

Everything about this process was smooth and easy. My only recommendation to fellow travellors would be to ignore the postcode and head towards the services next to the airport, as maple manor is at the end of the services road.

I could not fault it and would highly recommend Maple Manor Park and Ride at London Stansted. It was cheaper than the others. Was very quick to check in and be delivered to the airport. Also there was hardly any wait to be picked up again at the end of our holiday and again the check out was very quick and easy,. Well done Maple Manor Park and Ride

Superb service. Arrived at car park and within 2 minutes we were being taken to the airport. On return we rang the company and waited under 5 minutes to be collected from the airport. Will definitely use Maple Manor again if flying from Stansted.

Cannot say enough, it took us over 3 hours to make a normal 1 hour journey to Stanstead. This was due to fog and an accident, when we arrived at the Maple Manor Park & Ride the young lady rushed us through the parking process and we arrived at our check in desk with 1 minute to spare don't know her name, however she had blonde hair and was on duty on our arrival (which was 10:05 am 2nd Nov.). Thanks a million, will always use you when we fly out of Stanstead. Sincerly Linda Eustrom

You will be required to leave your key.

Maple Parking is situated adjacent to Express by Holiday Inn - Post Code for Sat Nav - CM24 1PY

Leave the M11 by the slip road at Junction 8 Southbound or Junction 8a North Bound - At the end of the road follow it round to the left onto A120 Thremhall Avenue - You'll come to a large roundabout - take the 3rd exit onto A120 Thremhall Avenue - Continue down this road and keep left towards the Bassingbourn Roundabout and take the 3rd exit Signposted A120 Express by Holiday Inn - At the next roundabout take the third exit signposted Express by Holiday Inn - Drive straight to the end of this road where you will see Maple Parking Park & Ride's Car Park


Transfer Details
Transfers run every 20 minutes 24 hours 7 days and are included in price for up to 4 passengers - £5 return for each additional passenger payable at the car park.

On Arrival
Once you have arrived at Thremhall Avenue, please enter the car park and park up on the right hand side near to our reception. Your keys will be taken and your car inspected before it is parked for the duration of your trip.

Return Procedure
If you are returning ahead of schedule, we must have at least 24 hours notice (or as much notice as possible) to ensure that your vehicle is ready to be collected upon your return.

As soon as you have collected all of your baggage and are ready to clear customs call us on the number on your confirmation 0 and follow the directions below:

After exiting Arrivals, follow the signs to the Coach Station and wait at Bay 19. You will need to show your barcoded receipt card to the driver. The bus will stop at the entrance to our carpark, please collect your keys from our reception- Our team member will direct to your car, ready for you to drive straight home.

Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Maple prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.

It says £5 for additional passengers does that include a 1 year old cos it’s 4 adults and a 1 year old There are still 5 passengers so an additional charge may still be made.

Hi is the shuttle still running to the airport?Yes the transfer bus is still in operation.
Is it free transfer to and from the air port to the car park? How frequent is the service?
