I wouldn’t park here again. The location is hard to find and not well Sign posted, the staff were abrupt and when I collected my car it was filthy, i don’t know where they drove it whilst I was away, I have always had reservations about leaving my keys with a car park and this just shows, don’t do it, leave your car in the slightly more expensive normal Car parks.

My car was covered in mud splatter after I washed and waxed it before dropping it off. I expect to have dust or rain markings but not mud splatter including in the door arches

my car has been used by your staff in my absence. my car camera plug was taken out.car inside and outside very muddy. diesel was less. not using your car park anymore. will not recommend it sorry.

Very chaotic on our arrival, lots of cars and people and very few staff. Having said that, we were not waiting too long, and the drop off and pick up from the airport seemed to be pretty smooth.

Flawless service. I was initially sceptical of using an off site company, as we normally use Meet&Greet but I was pleasantly surprised. From arriving, it around 10 minutes to drop the car off and be dropped off at tge terminal. On return, we waited around 3 minutes the driver to pick us up. I would highly recommend CSL Park and ride!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Joke of a company. Very rude staff, yelled at us when we first walked in about our suitcases and offered no help with getting them to the van. They took the £1 per person per way in advance for the transport. Our flight was delayed on the way back and we were only then told that the shuttles stopped after midnight so were VERY RUDELY told “you’ll have to get a taxi back” to pick up the car, no apologies offered and they had already taken the transfer fee for the return journey. No communication from this company, it isn’t made clear when you book that they will not pick you up after midnight and we were forced to wait until the shuttles resumed at 4am to be picked up. Also the company left us waiting over 30 minutes in the rain for our shuttle and then tried to again rudely tell us that we were “lucky” that he wasn’t charging us. Absolute joke, Would never use them again or recommend them. Will be getting our money back as services not as described.

Directions for My CSL Stansted Park & Ride

Transfers operating between 04:00 and 23:45 only, if your flight is delayed and you return between 23:45 and 4am you will need to wait until 4am for collection

Arrival Instructions FOR P&R - Postcode is CM22 6PF

Head to Stansted Airport
On arrival at Stansted Airport follow signs for the short stay car park. when you reach the Coopers End Roundabout (which is the large roundabout before the Short Stay Car Park), take the 4th exit signposted 'Takeley'.
After taking this exit you will immediately come to a mini roundabout. Take the first exit (left) at this mini roundabout and head towards Bambers Green.
Follow the road for 0.7 miles and you will see 'Network House' on the right hand side.

Park your vehicle in the car park at the front of the building, remove your luggage and report to reception where you will be checked in and dropped off by the Radisson Blu Hotel at the airport. It is then a short a walk to the terminal.

It is your responsibility to leave your vehicle key with us as your vehicle will be moved to one of our secure car parking locations where it will be stored for the duration of your vehicle's stay.

Our staff are fully insured and licensed to drive all types of vehicles to and from our storage facilities but the vehicle will remain under the owner's insurance while stationary and being stored with us. We have various car parks around the Stansted area with the furthest one being only 6 miles from the drop off location. We ask all customers to allow 20 miles for the car to travel while in our care in case of road closures or any events outside of our control.

There is a transfer charge of ÂŁ1 per person each way which is required in cash upon check in. Under 16's and over 60's are free of charge.

Return Instructions
1. Collect your luggage.
2. After you have collected your luggage please call My CSL on: the number on your confirmation 0.

3) A My CSL Member of Staff will then meet you back at the Raddison Blu Hotel

Directions to the Radisson Blu: Once through arrivals go toward the taxi service turn left down the ramp, you will see a sign saying Radisson Blu Hotel carry on going straight through the tunnel quarter of a way down turn left again go straight down and there will be one of the drivers there right outside to pick you up.

PLEASE NOTE: Please do not call My CSL before you have collected your luggage and are ready to make your way to the meeting point. There is a Stansted Airport penalty charge for any vehicles at the collection point for longer than 10 minutes. Therefore you will be liable for any additional charges.

HI. i have a Peugeot Partner (2019) is it long wheelbase van or not? DO you accept vans like that.As long as your vehicle fits into a standard supermarket parking space the car park will accept your van at no extra charge. Please note long vehicles requiring more than one standard parking space will be charged extra on arrival
Do you have anything to help my elderly mother get on to the minibus for transfer to the airport? It’s a high step up and she can’t do it herself? The car park have advised the bus does have a step, however it is not high. They do not have the facilityfor disabled passengers.
hi i have a vw caddy maxi, it is the same length as my estate ford focus. Is this ok?They will accept a vw caddy as it is the same size as a car
