Everything was smooth apart from the airport pickup, i rang them to let them know i was ready for collection and went to the pickup point and waited about 15 to 20mins. When the bus came he did not have a record of my pickup and he was there for someone else. the car was ready but whoever i spoke to had not passed it on to the driver. We received a call half hour later asking if we had been collected and had our car. someone needs reminding about customer service.

thank you for your good services. WHEN CLIENTS ARE RETURNING AFTER DARK FROM TRIPS VIA STANSTED IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT THE CLIENT CAN SEE. WE FOUND THAT IN THE TOTAL DARKNESS IT WAS VERY DISTURBING AND VERY WORRYING THAT BEING UNABLE TO SEE OUR FOOTING OR THE PLACING AND CONDITION OF OUR CAR, HAVING BEEN LEFT IN YOUR CARE. A COUPLE OF LIGHTS EITHER SIDE OF YOUR ENTRANCE WOULD SUFFICE ALSO IT WOULD MAKE YOUR COMPANY ENTRANCE LOOK SO MUCH MORE WELCOMING LIGHTING DOES NOT HAVE TO BE HIGH AND OVERHEAD, CHEST HIGH LIGHTING WOULD BE REALLY IDEAL. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE WE WILL LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING IF COMMENTS ARE NOTED/INPLACE NEXT TIME WE USE F.H.R.

The service was very good when we dropped our car off and arrived at the airport very quickly and easily. Unfortunately on return we had to wait over 40 minutes to be picked up and phoned CSL twice. When we dropped car advised them our return flight was due in at 11.55am not 1.30pm as they had on their records, but no one bothered to update the records and was then accused by a not very friendly member of staff it is not their fault if we arrived early! pointed out they had been told of correct time, who said well you are back now! did not like his attitude & he needs a few lessons in customer service. It was pity this happened as this is a very convenient way of parking at Stansted and we do this 3 times a year.

Waited a long time in the rain at Stansted for pick up. Phone went to voice mail 4 times before being picked up. Once answered were there in 10 mminutes but waited over half an hour overall.

Based very close to airport on first visit bit put off by behaviour of very blokey staff but on return visit they were incredibly accomodating and picked us up even after the car park had closed

drop off was difficult to park, car was not inspected while I was present. took too long to pick us up, stood in the cold even after ringing as instructed. but would probably use again as it was good value.

We were impressed with the service at FHR. The team were friendly. Our return flight was delayed by two hours resulting in us getting through customs at 1am. A member of the FHR team stayed behind and collected us around 1:30am which we greatly appreciated!

their quotation was very competitive - although I have noticed that there was 0.2gallon of diesel used (approx 20 miles worth journey?) off the car, still what I paid for the parking was a lot less than I could have spent. They were very good and I will use it again.

Was unsure at first about using CSL as it is cheap and usually you get what you pay for, however with CSL you get more than you pay for. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is very close to the airport with the transfer literally taking minutes. When we arrived back in England we called the office informing them we have arrived so we made way to the waiting area and despite being told they will be 10-15 minutes they were there in 5 mins, car was as I left it with only 12 miles being used but this was expected as it is moved to a secure compound. Very impressed with the service and would use again and recommend to anyone

The service offered by CSL was excellent! as I parked up and checked in the transfer was ready to take me to the airport. On the way back once I called after collecting my luggage the transfer was outside in two minutes. I couldn't have asked for a better service and more friendly staff.

Directions for My CSL Stansted Park & Ride
Transfers operating between 04:00 and 23:45 only, if your flight is delayed and you return between 23:45 and 4am you will need to wait until 4am for collectionArrival Instructions FOR P&R - Postcode is CM22 6PF
Head to Stansted Airport
On arrival at Stansted Airport follow signs for the short stay car park. when you reach the Coopers End Roundabout (which is the large roundabout before the Short Stay Car Park), take the 4th exit signposted 'Takeley'.
After taking this exit you will immediately come to a mini roundabout. Take the first exit (left) at this mini roundabout and head towards Bambers Green.
Follow the road for 0.7 miles and you will see 'Network House' on the right hand side.
Park your vehicle in the car park at the front of the building, remove your luggage and report to reception where you will be checked in and dropped off by the Radisson Blu Hotel at the airport. It is then a short a walk to the terminal.
It is your responsibility to leave your vehicle key with us as your vehicle will be moved to one of our secure car parking locations where it will be stored for the duration of your vehicle's stay.
Our staff are fully insured and licensed to drive all types of vehicles to and from our storage facilities but the vehicle will remain under the owner's insurance while stationary and being stored with us. We have various car parks around the Stansted area with the furthest one being only 6 miles from the drop off location. We ask all customers to allow 20 miles for the car to travel while in our care in case of road closures or any events outside of our control.
PLEASE NOTE
There is a transfer charge of £1 per person each way which is required in cash upon check in. Under 16's and over 60's are free of charge.
Return Instructions
1. Collect your luggage.
2. After you have collected your luggage please call My CSL on: the number on your confirmation 0.
3) A My CSL Member of Staff will then meet you back at the Raddison Blu Hotel
Directions to the Radisson Blu: Once through arrivals go toward the taxi service turn left down the ramp, you will see a sign saying Radisson Blu Hotel carry on going straight through the tunnel quarter of a way down turn left again go straight down and there will be one of the drivers there right outside to pick you up.
PLEASE NOTE: Please do not call My CSL before you have collected your luggage and are ready to make your way to the meeting point. There is a Stansted Airport penalty charge for any vehicles at the collection point for longer than 10 minutes. Therefore you will be liable for any additional charges.

HI. i have a Peugeot Partner (2019) is it long wheelbase van or not? DO you accept vans like that.As long as your vehicle fits into a standard supermarket parking space the car park will accept your van at no extra charge. Please note long vehicles requiring more than one standard parking space will be charged extra on arrival
Do you have anything to help my elderly mother get on to the minibus for transfer to the airport? It’s a high step up and she can’t do it herself? The car park have advised the bus does have a step, however it is not high. They do not have the facilityfor disabled passengers.
