Despite it being a cold miserable morning and very early, the staff at the car park reception were very friendly and helpful. A good service all round.

Very friendly and helpful however had to wait 15minutes for van to get back which made us have to rush when getting to airport. Toilets had no paper. Only one van on!? Perfect on return although had emailed hours before to let them know which flight we'd be coming back on but they hadn't bothered checking emails. Also, when got back to car, extremely annoyed that my bagpuss soft toy was on the floor in the passenger seat which meant i accidentally stepped on it, and a sprig of lavender I had with it was in pieces on the floor. This was a romantic gift from my partner that is now gone.

I didn't like that the number you call on your return is an 0800, which didn't get answered. My car wasn't stored where I dropped it and I waited about 20 minutes and that was after I had been picked up and returned to the depot. Also the sat nav, radio etc had been played with all settings changed.

What were the white letters on my rear and front windscreen painted with? I have not had chance to clean it yet but it might be nice to have them removed before people collect their car.

Excellent service. We had a night flight home to Stansted and were very tired by 6am, our arrival time, they were there within minutes of our call to collect us. We will use them again if travelling from Stansted, thank you!

Overall it was fine and excellent value for money. The 0800 number they gave to ring to get picked up didn't get through though so I had to use the 0845 number which did.

Meeting up with the minibus on return to Stansted was the only problem. We sat on a bench at the appointed place, holding out the yellow card, looking for a likely vehicle. After 20 mins, we rang CSL again. Twice it went to voicemail. Third time it was answered by a tetchy employee who said he was sitting in the collection area and was about to have to leave. No hint of an apology that we had been kept waiting or that CSL's instructions had been unclear. We could not work out how they could have failed to spot us as we had phoned to say "We're here". They did not tell us what kind of van to look out for. Shame. It spoiled an otherwise OK service.

Directions for My CSL Stansted Park & Ride

Transfers operating between 04:00 and 23:45 only, if your flight is delayed and you return between 23:45 and 4am you will need to wait until 4am for collection

Arrival Instructions FOR P&R - Postcode is CM22 6PF

Head to Stansted Airport
On arrival at Stansted Airport follow signs for the short stay car park. when you reach the Coopers End Roundabout (which is the large roundabout before the Short Stay Car Park), take the 4th exit signposted 'Takeley'.
After taking this exit you will immediately come to a mini roundabout. Take the first exit (left) at this mini roundabout and head towards Bambers Green.
Follow the road for 0.7 miles and you will see 'Network House' on the right hand side.

Park your vehicle in the car park at the front of the building, remove your luggage and report to reception where you will be checked in and dropped off by the Radisson Blu Hotel at the airport. It is then a short a walk to the terminal.

It is your responsibility to leave your vehicle key with us as your vehicle will be moved to one of our secure car parking locations where it will be stored for the duration of your vehicle's stay.

Our staff are fully insured and licensed to drive all types of vehicles to and from our storage facilities but the vehicle will remain under the owner's insurance while stationary and being stored with us. We have various car parks around the Stansted area with the furthest one being only 6 miles from the drop off location. We ask all customers to allow 20 miles for the car to travel while in our care in case of road closures or any events outside of our control.

PLEASE NOTE
There is a transfer charge of £1 per person each way which is required in cash upon check in. Under 16's and over 60's are free of charge.

Return Instructions
1. Collect your luggage.
2. After you have collected your luggage please call My CSL on: the number on your confirmation 0.

3) A My CSL Member of Staff will then meet you back at the Raddison Blu Hotel

Directions to the Radisson Blu: Once through arrivals go toward the taxi service turn left down the ramp, you will see a sign saying Radisson Blu Hotel carry on going straight through the tunnel quarter of a way down turn left again go straight down and there will be one of the drivers there right outside to pick you up.

PLEASE NOTE: Please do not call My CSL before you have collected your luggage and are ready to make your way to the meeting point. There is a Stansted Airport penalty charge for any vehicles at the collection point for longer than 10 minutes. Therefore you will be liable for any additional charges.

HI. i have a Peugeot Partner (2019) is it long wheelbase van or not? DO you accept vans like that.As long as your vehicle fits into a standard supermarket parking space the car park will accept your van at no extra charge. Please note long vehicles requiring more than one standard parking space will be charged extra on arrival
Do you have anything to help my elderly mother get on to the minibus for transfer to the airport? It’s a high step up and she can’t do it herself? The car park have advised the bus does have a step, however it is not high. They do not have the facilityfor disabled passengers.
hi i have a vw caddy maxi, it is the same length as my estate ford focus. Is this ok?They will accept a vw caddy as it is the same size as a car
